    Business Response

    Mr. Coleman,

As we discussed on the phone we don't accept the premise that we caused any damage to this vehicle.  While we are always willing to discuss these matters with you or any customer, we have to draw the line at physical threats to employees. Again, as we discussed, it is never OK to threaten to assault one of our employees in a fit of anger and certainly not acceptable to threaten to "Break his jaw" as you said to our Collision Director in front of multiple witnesses resulting in a call to the Annapolis Police for our own safety. Nor is calling him a ***** acceptable.  While I appreciate your apology for doing that, it is not fair to ask our employees to go through that kind of ordeal again. As I said this relationship is fractured beyond repair and our business is concluded.

I am rejecting this response because: Words was said on both party’s police was called just to ask me to leave, i wasn’t trespass from property and the police was told of any threats no charges was issued. And as i told you on the phone the above issue don’t give your company the right to cost damage to a customer’s car and not wanna do anything about it cus of word exchange between myself and your employee. Like i said before if you don’t want me on the site understand my wife can deal with you and your company but this damage can’t just be dismiss

    Sincerely,
