They contacted us over a month ago and said they would be out in about 2 weeks, this was on 3/22/2022. Miss Utility has been out 3 times now on separate occasions to mark the ground for them. To date (4/25/2022) this company has not tried to schedule a date with us for them to come out, nor have they performed any work. They are contracted to do this work through Catalina Pools.

    Business Response

Business Response /* (1000, 14, 2022/05/24) */ We are contracted through the pool company, and we do jobs in the order in which we receive them from Catalina. We communicate daily with the pool company on job statuses. We completed the rough in on our first trip, as that allows for the trench inspection to be completed and the job can proceed. We returned on 5/19/22, and the pool wiring is complete. Consumer Response /* (3000, 16, 2022/05/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) As i stated yesterday the job is not complete, they need to clean up their mess. They left trash in my yard and in my house. They need to come back and clean it up. Consumer Response /* (3000, 24, 2022/07/05) */ LC 07/05/2022 (BBB note): BBB ask that the business confirm that cleanup was done after the job was done. Business Response /* (4000, 26, 2022/07/05) */ Catalina Pools is responsible for removing all trash from the job site.
