I scheduled to have a new battery installed in my vehicle. Prior to arriving my appointment was confirmed and the Volvo representative, Jackie, confirmed stock of the battery. I arrived on time for my appointment 10/4/2023. They indicated it would be 1.5hrs in the shop. I waited after 1 hr of the car being in the shop I was told they SOLD my battery. They said I would have to make another appointment and come back again. This is deception at its best, they comoany would NOT provided paperwork for my visit. The service representative and manger both confirmed the shopped worked on my car for the time BUT I was denied paperwork. I received my keys back and zero compensation was provided. I drove out of my way to this dealership due to stock of parts and the appointment time. The GM has failed to respond to my emails and the service manager could only offer "a sorry." Sorry is a board game and not a resolution which compensates my time from their negligance. Based on the lack of professionalism and negliance at this location I can NOT have them work on my vehicle as they could cause even more damages than they already have. It is now 10/28 and I am still being denied my paperwork. They had my car for 1 hr working on it in the back ... if your refusing to provide the customer documentation you most likely broke something in the process.
