    My experience with South River Mortgage was a complete success due to my dealing with Tyler *****. I was a a little hesitate to app!y for a loan but after going through the entire process with Tyler, the end result was made easier with his sincere attitude and understanding.     Right from the get go I felt a good feeling in dealing with South River Mtg. I started speaking with Mr.Joseph R******. He was very understanding and kind.     I've never met Austin, but it feels like I have. He kept in touch during our entire reverse mtg. experience. He was available for council and guidance throughout the loan process. He thoroughly explained each step and I was never left "out of the loop." We had a great experience SRM, due in no small part to our relationship with Austin.
