    BLUF: The employee who answered the phone and who refused to provide their name, cussed at my wife when asking to speak to the owner about lawn care machine we dropped off over 8-weeks ago. On July 22nd 2024, I dropped off a chain saw, a weed-whacker, and a backpack leaf blower for tune-up and repair. I know the date because that was the morning my wife and I closed on our house and we were preparing to move out of our apartment. I was informed that they were busy and the maintenance would take two-weeks. I was disappointed but understood. Two weeks later, I called for an updated on the maintenance progress and was informed it would take another week. This continued WEEKLY for a month and a half, six additional week, and still not complete! I was being understanding, recognizing that they also maintain commercial equipment and the company was understaffed. However, yesterday, September 17th 2024, my wife called and was told by the mechanic that he should have the work completed by the end of the day and would give us a call; no call. I called this morning, September 18th 2024 and was told by the customer service representative "tomorrow". My wife called back, wanting to ask why she was told yesterday they would be done but not even a curtesy call. Again, I have been understanding and patient for two-months, but when the customer service representative yelled at my wife "you can come take your f***ing stuff back", that crossed a MAJOR line. Again, he refused to connect us with the company owner and refused to provide us his name. I will not be doing busy with this company again and am demanding the owner call with an apology.
