1. they promised a refund after their trainer failed to host a class, but never issued it, using stall-tactics to string me along.
2. they promised to write a letter of attestation (explaining what happened with the class) to keep me out of trouble with my employer, but never did.
3. in addition, they no longer include the *** or ********* name on their certificates, rendering in useless in most cases. the catch is, they never tell you that (or mention it on their website), until it's too late.
