    I purchased a Sectional, *******, dining set on September 25, 2024. My delivery came September 28, 2024 and the sectional and ******* would not fit in the doorway of my basement. I sent those items back the same day. I tried to get another one from the same location and was not successful so I decided to ask for an updated invoice with just the Dining Set since October 1, 2024. During this time I have sent an email to their customer service line regarding the off balance table and chairs. They only replaced 2 of the chairs but did nothing about the table. I was told on November 7, 2024 that the invoice will be updated and the new price for the dining set will be $500 plus $200 because the discounts were took off. On the original invoice, it does not say that I received a discount for the dining set when originally purchased. Online and on my invoice it shows the set is $599 for the table set with 4 chairs and a bench.

The case can be closed because Price Busters is determined to not make sure its fully corrected. That will be on me.

    **Important** customer is visually impaired. Customer wasn&#**;t told that all sales are final nor was she told no refunds. All merchandise is still in original packaging (photos) attached.

    I Purchased a mattress that was delivered in June 22nd.upon removing the plastic there were stains,rips and bugs that appear as bed bugs.I have contacted the company several times regarding this matter and to date no resolution had been provided .I am on a fixed income and saved my monthly check for 4months to purchase this mattress.I would greatly appreciate any support given regarding resolution to this matter.Thank you advance of your time and attention to this matter.

    Concerning your unfortunate situation:  There is no possibility that our company was the cause of the matter.  Not only do we sell only new products; but (a) no used products are allowed within any of our warehouses or affiliate locations and (b) we maintain extermination contracts for all of our warehouse and affiliate locations whereby all premises are regularly inspected to sure that no insects, rodents, etc. Are present.  In the years of having the independent contractors inspect our locations, no infestation has ever been found.

    We wish you a speedy resolution to your problem.  If we may be of any assistance with the purchase of any new furniture, please visit one of our affiliate locations.

    I went to purchase my twins bedroom sets on 3/30/2023 I found pick the day for delivery paid for and left. I received a text message saying they didn’t have either set but they had some other ones they sent pictures I replied yes I’ll take them they were set to be delivered on 4/6 I took off that day and waited nothing so I called they said the person was running late the person never showed up. I called the next day they it will come that day I was off I said ok they called later and said the warehouse was closed. I called to speak to someone about what’s happening they gave me an email to customer service I explained to them what happened they said ok I’ll be giving you a refund. I didn’t have that card I used anymore so they sent me to the store to get a refund no one at the store knew what I was talking about I showed them the emails they still had no clue. That next day they sent me a text with pictures of new bedrooms set at this time I no longer needed I just wanted my money back let them know that the person sent another text stating they do not do refunds. It’s now 9/26/2023 I sent them emails requesting my money and still nothing. We shouldn’t have to take something we don’t want to please the store it’s not fair or right plus the bedroom sets they sent me was more for girls I have twin boys. I just would like my money back.

    I purchased furniture back on Dec 15,2022 ******* was my sales rep, upon me purchasing a living room set with a rug and a mirror i was never told that i had to check my furniture before the driver departed my home. I broke down the boxes to start putting my furniture together and noticed that i had alot of broken pieces, i reached out to price busters and again i was not told that i should had checked my furniture before the driver left i only was told to go through customer service which is a text now app. I reported this incident the this the very same day a hour after the drivers left, I have not heard back from the customer service **** so i reached out to the actual store and today i was told either i wrap my furniture back up and bring it to them or pay an additional $75 to have my furniture picked up but it has to be in the boxes wrapped up, I cannot do so because i had to cut the boxes to get the furniture out and i was told that its nothing that can be done and it has not even been 90 days yet. I also couldnt take a picture but i have a video of the loveseat the back part wont latch like its broken

    I brought a PICASSO 2.0 KING mattress on July 03 2022 from the Price Buster 25th street store in ********* ********* I was given invoice # XXXXXX - X stating the mattress would be delivered on July 07, 2022. I took off July 07, 2022, and the driver came at 8:30 am drop the wrong mattress, and left, I did not sign for the product because it was the wrong mattress and he just left. I waited until 10:30 am to call the Price Buster 25th street location and could not hear what the gentlemen were saying so I drove to the store where I was told they would try to get a hold of the driver and see if he could come back to bring the right mattress. I let the women at the store know I call the driver about 20 times and he did not pick up once. I waited for them to let me know when he was coming back. I called the store around 4:15 and was told they stop delivering at 430 so I would have to be without my mattress until Tuesday. They did offer for me to pick it up but when I asked for my delivery charge back, I was not given an answer to the question. Today is July 12 2022 and it's the day when I was told I would be delivered. I called the 25th street store at 2:38 pm and did not get an answer so I drove to the store where I saw 6 employees sitting down doing nothing but no one pick up the phone? I was then given invoice # XXXXXX - X and was told I am on their book for today. The time is now 3:46 and I was told I would get a call 1 hour before they come, this would mean they would stop delivering (4:30 pm) and I would have paid 599.99 for a mattress 80.00 for the delivery lost money for 2 days of work and time from a day that I had to sit home and wait for nothing. My wife and I have been sleeping on the couch because I had knee surgery hence the reason for the pillow-top bed. I cannot afford to take off another day. The bed I got was the ELIZA if you want to know. This is unacceptable. You knew you were not coming today so why lie about it.

    Business Response /* (1000, 16, 2022/09/01) */ Mr. ********, signed for his merchandise and stated that he received everything in good condition. He was advised to inspect all items before signing so if it was wrong to send back with the drivers in which he did not. After the delivery was made, he then contacted the store to advise us he did receive the incorrect mattress at the time of service. At that point we did accommodate the customer by sending him out the correct mattress immediately once it was reported. The store manager made sure he got the new mattress once the mistake was made aware of and Mr. ******** was satisfied with the outcome. Customer was also made aware that we would send it back out at no additional charge to him to do the pick-up and exchange and the results of that were also good.
