    The company doesn't stand by its work. They did a new roof for me in July 2022 and I've been fighting for them for months about a leak issue. They reused flashing from my old 2005 roof on a new roof they billed ** **** 20k for. And it's been giving me problems. Instead of changing the flashing, they've been going back and forth, sending man after man, laying tarp (which they won't remove), doing water tests (which I appreciated because it revealed an issue with my windows), want me to send them videos etc. Just change the 12foot flashing that will cost them less than $50 for labor and materials. Now the issue is with the actual shingles, which suppose to have a 25 year warranty. Instead of removing the tarp with staples in them, they want me to be ok with the eye sore because "the staples put holes in the shingles." OK remove the tarp and put new shingles down. It's not hard. I am not asking for the moon. I am tired of fighting a million dollar company for them to stand by their work and honor warranties.
