  I booked an appointment with this lady the owner Cushana *****. I know of her through social media. The owner contacted me and asked for the payment. I sent the payment in full through cash app. After receiving the payment the owner reached out to me trying to get me to reschedule for Monday but my appointment was already set for Thursday. I informed the owner that that’s not going to work bc I have other important things to do over the weekend. The owner made of several excuses saying that she couldn’t communicate with me or do any services due to an emergency. After six hours of not hearing from her I looked at her story on ig and this lady was getting a pedicure unbothered that she is costing me money by this inconvenience and she never apologized. I contacted cash app and they advised me to request the money back from her. I sent the request and Cushana declined it. I dm her again asking for it she responded saying no it would be a reschedule. I asked her how it’s a reschedule when I am available and she’s not . I went past her business and it looks to be abandoned and almost like it’s a prop for a content set. She’s very rude and after digging I found that this lady has been sued several times for failure to pay rent last month. She also had a bbl about a year ago so I’m assuming that’s why she’s going around scamming people hard earned money to pay the rent on her bbl and rent. This is the case of bw living above their tax bracket. I was really deceived by her she’s obviously going through some financial trouble and looking for a way out. I’m a single mother and I am not going to allow her to play me how she played so many other victims. I spoke with other people who are saying that they never received their hair. I am starting here bc it’s important that we take this scammer down.

  I purchased hair from this individual on 10/23/23 and never received my hair. I reached out multiple times to check when my hair was arriving and either got no response or told “give her time the hair hasn’t arrived, there is no update on the hair, or you’ll get your hair just like everyone else”. I have been patient and consistently reaching out to her to get updates on when I’ll receive my hair. She lacked empathy and did not seem to care about my feelings when it came to her lack of communication. This has been a stressful situation for me! I purchased hair from her before in person so I trusted her and when I read her reviews on yelp I saw that she has done this not only to me but other women. This bad business!!!
