My 14 year wanted to surprise me with a birth stone ring she purchased online. The size she ordered was too small. I took the ring to two different stores to exchange for the right size, in which they had on hand. I was unable to do so because the ring was a final sale. Had my daughter paid full price, I would be able to exchange. Called customer service and I was unable to return the ring, due to the item being purchased online. They will never receive any of my money. Now, I have a disappointed child, because she wanted me to have something special from her on my birthday.Review from Magaly B

I was gifted a bracelet a few months ago & everything seemed great until it kept popping open. Ive never owned Pandora so i didnt think much of it at the time but unfortunately it popped opened while on vacation & got lost along with 4 charms that were given to me on special occasions. So sad & disappointed after hearing from several other people they experienced the same. I loved the bracelet & the charms but unfortunately due to that clasp being defective i lost everything ??Review from Deanna H

I brought (2) bracelets. Because I wanted one for my myself. The quality is ok. I really wasn't impressed with it. The charms you put on the bracelet are cute but there too much money. They are 50 to 70 or more a piece. Right now with everything being high and overpriced and people struggling to eat, pay bills, and trying to survive. You think they would have more sales on this. I only brought a couple charms and that's it. I not supporting Pandora any more with buying from them too expensive and overpriced and quality of the product isn't good and product is made overseas.Review from Einstein M.

I placed an order for a pendant for my wife for mothers day. It was for an in store pick up at this location. I waited for a call and notification. When i emailed the ************** they told me order was cancelled because I never went to pick it up. I never received a call and the funds were released. This was for my wife and the customer service rep just rushed me off the chat and did not offer to help me or resolve to place my order again or even attempt to make me happy.Review from Stephanie W

Absolutely horrible experience first time I’ve ever order pandora! I spent half a paycheck and ended up NoT getting what I Ordered! Told them I was so excited it was a birthday gift & I went Overboard for her birthday BUT it was suppose to be so special! She is a huge pandora FaN & I can say after this experience I AM Not! Makes me wanna send back all the other 3 items I purchased for the fact I didn’t what I bought, I wasn’t informed my order was ready for pick up because liberty store in mason did NoT contact me, they did not make it right or offer a discount to get another either! Told me she was sorry NoThInG she could do about it & they SOlD the chain I purchased because I didn’t get a call or email saying the order was ready after 2days of waiting!!!! The rest of my order is being shipped but the MaIn thing I was excited to get isn’t coming & I will never promote a business that doesn’t even composite for their own mess up! Said they shouldn’t have taken the full payment but they did & told me my money will be replaced eventually just keep looking! Like what? no offer for a discount to get another or anything! Wasn’t my fault & No email or Text or call saying I had 48 hrs to pick my purchase up! I was waiting the entire TIME! I’m so upset!Pandora Jewelry LLC Response

At the store pandora dade land mall. My charm is stuck does not want to come out they claim they can’t touch the charm they give me a 1800 number I call, no direct way to get through and I cal from the store and they can’t help claiming only by calling the number. Without even hearing the concerns they do not seem to want to help. According to pandora they honor and guarantee all their jewelry. They start by saying one year warrenty they don’t tell you about in the beginning. Unprofessional brushed off they did not offer to help by calling with me here at the store. Horrible customer service of course Hispanic woman. It’s unfortunate because I myself am Hispanic and this is the treatment in Miami.Review from Sheryl M

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Purchased a personalized gift for Mother’s Day paid for it to be engraved. They would not refund it when they did not engrave the item correctly they omitted it’s their mistake but will not refund what you paid to have it engraved so I’m paying for their mistake embarrassed as giving this as a gift to a loved one customer service clearly understood the mistake but did not care. Worst experience ever will not purchase another thing from them and I refused the refund because it wasn’t even what I paid for a waste of time. I will never purchase a gift from them again. I highly suggest nobody get anything personally and grew from this company because it’ll make it seem like it doesn’t matter. It was their mistake. Do not buy anything from this company. You will be sorry! I bought a necklace and two earrings spent over $6000. 2 weeks later my wife went to return them because she has cancer and the bills are more than we figured she never even put them once they refused to give us our money back they called security at the mall and told her to leave they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. It was at the parks mall in Arlington Texas. Do not buy anything from them you will be sorry.Review from Jarett B

Ordered on 4/19 express shipping for my wife’s anniversary, 4/23 contacted and asked where the item was, was told its on its way and I’d be refunded for the shipping. 4/24 item is still not here, customer support said “item is stuck” but they offered me a 10% code for my troubles after not updating me at all about the item and its delivery. After having my money for almost a week, Im told my money would be refunded in 5-7 days. Dont waste your time. Customer service has no clue how to handle customers. I told them to keep the 10% since I can get that for signing up for their newsletter. Money hungry company that doesnt deliver on service.Review from Kathleen D

My husband purchased the timeless pace ring for me for Christmas. I have since lost 2 stones in the previous ring he bought. We took it to a local Pandora, and the associate was great and replaced it right then and there. I went home and 2 days later, I am missing another stone. I don’t have a manual labor job, I don’t do anything that would constitute the stones to continue falling out. It is a huge bummer because I have always been a fan of Pandora bracelets. This is my first go around at the rings, and it has not been pleasant. So now I have to go back to the store, to I guess have it replaced. I can’t foresee myself going back over and over to have this ring replaced. What can Pandora do to help me with this issue?
