      My wife has always wanted a Pandora bracelet. Literally has been one of her biggest dreams. So for Valentines day I bought her one. She wore it once and the clasp broke. The only way to replace them is to go to the store. Which we did, only to find out that none of the stores stock the one I bought her. So we were able to exchange it and pay a little extra. She wore that one ONCE and the clasp broke. She was literally just sitting getting her nails done and it fell apart. We took it back AGAIN but this time the manager of the store we went to flat out told us that the one I bought was terrible and always breaks. She offered to exchange it for one that isn't complete trash but it was going to cost us way more money than we could afford at the time. Pandora really needs to look into their major quality issues they have. My wife is absolutely devastated by this entire situation. Do better pandora.

      The customer service is terrible. I wrote to the company about a ring that broke a few days after purchasing it and it took 3 weeks to get a response, despite receiving an automated email that said someone would be in touch with me in 3-5 days. Once, I was finally contacted, Pandora's customer serive refused to give me a refund and said they'd only give me credit for the broken ring. In addition, I should add that I sat on hold with customer service 3 different times for 45+ mins only to be disconnected. The company deserves 0 stars for customer service and product! I would never buy from here again!

      I love visiting pandora very good customer service Victoria always help me when I go inside the store very humble very knowledgeable very good at helping me put items together very sweet personality i lost two sons and she helped me to build a beautiful bracelet in remembrance of them and she remorseful and she said I'm so sorry for your lost very good energy very good sales person

      Be careful when buying from Pandora Jewelry online, they advertise one price but when you add it to your cart it shows a different price, I called and complained and they said they would price match the item, first the customer representatives will tell you something different every time you call, then they will ask you to pay regular price for the item then they will price match, here I am almost 30 days later and still waiting for my money to be returned! Only because I called about 6 times to request it, Needless to say the jewelry is NOT worth the trouble and will not purchase anything from them again!

      Very sad pandora lower its standards I order 4 bracelets and they arrived in a ziplock bag my question where is primal packing why are they in a ziplock bag ? I called and customer service said if you want a box for your jewelry buy it’s sold online I always thought if you buy a jewelry from pandora it came with its ORIGINAL packing not a ziplock bag sad to see such a piece from pandora lower their standards

      On 12/28/24 the manager Katelyn ****** was very unprofessional with several customers. She had a gentleman return for 3 separate occasions to stand in line to pick up an order. We asked if it was a separate line for pick up and was told no only to stand in line for over a hour behind another lady that was also in line to pick up to be put out store to form a separate line where we waited for @ 45 minutes to finally be able to pick up an order. My complaint is not about waiting in line, it is for the inability of the manager to make a sound decision to allow customers to have a less stressful shopping experience at a Pandora store and her very unprofessional manner displayed toward me and especially the older lady in front of us.

      Waited outside the store to open I was in third place on line and the sales lady skipped my turn and helped the person behind me internacional plaza mall at Tampa sucks today is Christmas Eve and everybody is in a rush but being ignored in front of of your eyes is hard

      Broken bracelet, they received on Dec 10th. Getting the run around. All is under warranty. Still no compensation…jewelry has definitely gotten cheaper…I don’t know if I can continue to support them. Go to ********* better Quality and customer service.

      There was an issue with my order that I called about on November 29 2024. The resolution that I was provided was an E gift card for $85 that I would receive 24-48 hours. Here we are and I still do not have the gift card. As a long customer of Pandora it’s sad their service has come to this.

      Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered two items and 12 days later the website still said awaiting carrier pickup. After going online for a chat session I was 50th in line and waited for an 2 hours with no one attending me. I called customer service after this and waited for 2 hours. After speaking to the agent the told me they don't know what happened and that they would reship the order. Mind you I paid for express shipping and was way behind on the date the order was supposed to be received. After 5 more days I received the order and half of the order was missing. There was no indication in the email I received that said this item was not delivered. I again contacted customer service and after waiting another hour I was told the missing item was out of stock and was never reshipped. I will never deal with this company again.
