My Name is ******** ***** I'm upset due to a schedule move on January 27th 2023. The communication of the move took place on January 16th 2023. Upon requesting for Mr. ********* and his team to schedule me a move I looked him up to get more information about his Services. Moving forward I explained to Mr. ********* that my furniture was very heavy, so he will need at least three people on this move. I also asked him do he provide wrap and blankets to cover my furniture. And he responded Yes he did. So we scheduled agreement date on January 27th 2023. I called Mr. ********* on the 26th to confirm the move was still scheduled for the 27th and was assured that he would be on time with equipment and persons. Inquired about a TV box that I had to pick up from the U-Haul and he offered to pick it up on his way to my location. I text him at 12:00 noon on the 27th to let him know that I was on my way home. You text me back to let me know he will be at my residence shortly the time was scheduled for 1 pm. he didn't arrive untill 2pm. He explained to me that he he had truck trouble and had to rent a truck from the ******* As well as showing up with one person. I was short on time of getting a backup mover so I proceeded with the move, until he proceeded to move my queen size bed, I kept asking him to wrap my items some items was in boxes and he and me that he will wrap it when he gets to the truck and that he had blankets in the truck he proceeded to move my queen size bed and I noticed that ********* and his guy was moving it wrong I asked him not to move it because if they did it will crack the bottom not soon after I said that my bed was sliding down the 3rd floor stairwell and the top and bottom of my bed cracked and the top broke into pieces. I instantly told him to stop the move of the furniture and just moved the smaller items. I was very upset my bed destroyed. I asked him did he have insurance he said no it cost too much. The job wasn't done. He was payed.
