In Febuary 2020 I was fooled into signing up for a "free trial'' subscription online digital news service, assuming it was a for a limited trial period. I recently discovered that the Baltimore Sun continued to charge my card $36.04 monthly for a service I never utilized. I can confidently state that was I totally unaware that that I was "Locking in" a monthly subscription. I contacted customer service who could only cancel my subscription, but not refund any monies already deducted from my account. I would have never believed that the Baltimore sun paper that I grew up with would employ what I can only call deceptive business practices, I feel duped.
