Payment was sent through a nonrefundable payment method. Soon after, the business referred the consumer to "United Ship Cargo, https://unitedshipcargo.com" for pet transportation services, provided a tracking number, and requested additional money for a thermal electronic crate.
On 10/22/2019 BBB initiated an investigation on this business to research the allegations further.
BBB determined that the address the business claims to operate from is INVALID.
BBB confirmed that the business is not registered as a business entity with the State of Maryland Department of Assessment and Taxation.
BBB reviewed the business' website and determined that the testimonials are also displayed on https://downtownbreeder.company.com/ a website advertising kittens for sale.
Based on these concerns, BBB is unable to verify the legitimacy of this business.
