Service tech Jim C****** was a total pro. He arrived less than hour after my phone call. He explained the problem and the solution and had it fixed in half an hour. I would definitely use Len the plumber for any future needs.

Scott was a nice guy. Your fees were an absolute disgrace. Over 400 dollars to replace 4 ft of 1/4 inch plastic ? Your first suggested price was over 700 ! You people need to have someone investigate your business. After Scott left. I bought the fittings and tube and fixed it myself in 20 Minutes. So, we were about to leave for a week when we discovered a leak in our first floor bathroom which had flooded the floor and seeped into an adjacent room and saturated the carpet. We called Len’s and serviceman, James A******* rang our doorbell just an hour later! Naturally, our tempers were hot! But James, with his smile and his calm demeanor, was the balm we desperately needed! He diagnosed the issue and explained each step he needed to take to fix the problem! If we ever need a plumber for emergencies or general plumbing, Len’s is who we will call…and request that James A******* ring our doorbell!Len The Plumber, Inc. Response

I had a serious leak with my AC unit because of improper installation. Initially, the techs estimated the unit needed to be removed from the attic, which was going to cost a lot. Thankfully, they figured out a more effective way to repair the unit without removal and saved me $$$. Their expertises and professionalism was above reproach. In addition to repairing the leak, they also noticed and resolved other issues with the unit and piping that were done incorrectly by whoever installed it.
