      A few months ago we bought what we 4thought was a 1 time fee based scenario with Jim Rickards Strategic Intelligence. Now come to find they have been charging us $49 a month for who knows how long and there is no way to get in touch with these people. I am not sure what to do but I want a full refund on all charges.

We do advertise clearly in advance that this service involves options, but given the confusion experienced here, we are happy to extend this courtesy refund. The funds will be returned in the next 5-7 business days to the card we have on file from your original purchase.

      Nov 7, 2022 - a charge of $21.28 appeared on my husband's Cabela's credit card. My husband nor I ever had knowledge of, agreed to, signed up for or authorized any relationship w this company, affiliates or publications. My husband died in Aug 2022 and this card is not being used and I had just paid it off. Because this card is in his name, Cabela's is unable to provide info to me and this is the only charge on this account. I request a refund immediately and would hope the BBB can stop this abuse on seniors and credit card fraud.

      On 02/12/2019 I spent $1,495 to enroll in Agora's Seven Figure Signals, and the following month on 03/11/2019 I spent $500 to enroll in Tim ***** Weekend Profits and on 03/14/2019 I spent an additional $1,995 to purchase Mike ********** Amplified Income. I had never made any investments before and was looking for guidance as to how to make profits in the stock market. On 09/09/2019 I spent $850 to enroll in Naomi ***** 25-cent Option Trader. These amounts total $4,840 that I invested in stock market guidance from Agora Financial. Not only did I not recoup these membership fees, but I also had a significant loss on all of the transactions I entered into under these various programs. Whenever I became dissatisfied with one of their services I was switched to another service. Each one helped me to lose money, not make it. The company promised wildly exaggerated returns on trades. They promised consistent returns from $500 options traded weekly. Neither of these promises were met. The claims made by Agora's sales and advertising were extremely misleading and deceptive. The returns were greatly inflated and the success rate for each trade was inaccurate. They claimed that following their weekly trade advice would result in huge profits. I signed up for all of these services, none of which were fulfilled, and was mis-sold with misleading promises. (I have been extremely upset about this service but only became aware of the BBB's ability to pursue a resolution of my case recently; that is why I did not contact you sooner. I am hoping that you can take up my case despite the passage of time.)

      On 29 August 2021, I purchased a One Year Subscription to Technology Profits Confidential Pro for USD $99. (Order Number: 26339810, Promotion Code: NTKPX810). This was done through their subsidiary, Seven Figure Publishing, which is also associated with St Paul Research. The promise I was given was that I could take a full six months to try out the Pro level. If for any reason I decided it was not for me, I could contact them and would be issued a full no-questions-asked refund. On 11 January 2022, 13 January, 15 January, 24 January & 25 January, I requested a refund via emails and directly through their website. I have emailed Agora, Seven Figure Publishing and St Paul Research, all to no avail. I have not received one reply. On 25 January, I also called, from Australia, the phone number provided to me in previous emails. I called four times during their office hours. I could not get past their voice menu. I was asked to press number 1, 2 or 3, depending on my request. Regardless of which number I pressed, I was told, 'Sorry, I did not hear you'. The voice menu then started from the beginning. again. I did speak into the phone as well, also to no avail.

      In February I purchased a Life-time publication subscription from Agora Financial. Then in May I upgraded and added 2 more Life-time subscriptions. In August Agora cancelled all three publications. When I contacted them about the issue, I was told that they substitute 1 subscription of my choice to compensate me for the 3 that they cancelled. I told them this was unacceptable, and they needed to transfer all 3 or give me refund. Agora to date has not given me a refund as requested nor have the offered to allot me an equal substitution. I have not heard anything from them since September and they are not answering my emails anymore. I spent $6,498 on "Lifetime" subscriptions that were cancelled by Agora a few months after purchase, they won't respond to me and now I have no subscriptions that were supposed to be for a "Lifetime". I am asking for a full refund immediately.

      I agreed to sign to one of Paradigm Press Publications (Rich dad's publication). However, the publication that I agreed to signed worked only for some weeks. After that, I was changed to a new publication that I didn't agree to sign up for. That lasted also some weeks and then I was moved for a third publication that I didn't agree either.I called to find a solution and I was told that I was going to received a refund on my money. The refund didn't come in. So I called again and they said that refunds are not part of their policies. However, in all the conversations I have had with them, they said that the conversations have been recorded. I want them to honor what they offer, a full refund on my money because I didn't sign for those programs.

      I made an investment in Agora Financial services back in October of 2019. Between 10/16/2019 and 12/9/2019 I made 5 payments for financial services totaling $10,490. In total it ended up as a lifetime subscript to the Robert Kiyosaki Rich Dad Network. This services included financial services from several editors (Jim Rickards, Joh Najarian, Timothy Sykes, and Nomi Prins but the core service was the Weekly Cash Flow. Overtime, Agora Financial lost these editors and never replaced them with new editors which produced value or stayed very long. On 4/16/2021 they canceled the Rich Dad Weekly Cashflow and Jim Rickards Crash Speculator. These were the 2 most profitable programs. They canceled these services when there were active trades and told us to close them for a loss. They failed to provide their services, they did provide full refunds to other members, and now they same. 18 months of service is not a lifetime. I called 8 times and account reps are not returning my phone calls.
