This started In 2019 when I purchased a 1 yr subscription to Contract Income Alert which was a recommendation service for corporate bonds. I was later offered to pay for an upgrade to the Family Wealth Circle which included a lifetime subscription to Contract Income Alert. I did that but soon after, Contract Income Alert was discontinued. I was unable to cancel and receive a refund but was instead given a Lifetime subscription to Weekly Options Profits. I was interested in corporate bonds not options but there was no other bond choice. Weekly Options Profits was discontinued. Again no refund was available so they offered me Big Option Trader. Big Option Trader has now been discontinued and they want to move me into a stock picking subscription. I keep getting bounced from one thing to another with no way out. Please cancel my account and refund my original payment of $2,995.00Business response

I ordered two subscriptions of Alan Knuckman's products called Weekly wealth alert and Another called the Profit Wire. They both have continually lost money. I canceled my subscription and I have never received any reimbursement for the remaining months for the annual subscription. I have called their staff multiple times and they say they will promptly notify accounting and you never hear anything g from them. Today I called a lady and she was very rude and said she would fill out manually another request form. I am wanting to warn others about this company. St. Paul Research. They want your money but when their service is poor, the will not reimburse you. I really want people to be aware before buying their services. Poor customer service and generally not helpful to their clients.Business response
