    I have unsubscribed from unsolicited emails from this company more than TEN ******* TIMES and l am still getting unsolicited, unwanted emails from Brownstone Research. I WANT ALL EMAILS FROM THIS COMPANY TO STOP IMMEDIATELY. It is my understanding that once someone has unsubscribed from an email, replied STOP in the subject line, and put UNSUBSCRIBE in the content, and is still receiving emails, that is considered harassment. If the unwanted, unsolicited emails do not stop I WILL pursue legal action against this firm for harassment. I did the same with unwanted, unsolicited emails from 4 other companies including eharmony, ****************, and two other companies who refused to stop sending unwanted, unsolicited emails. All 4 cases were settled out of court. I am not afraid to include Brownstone Research if they DO NOT STOP sending emails l NEVER SIGNED UP FOR NOR SOLICITED, l will take them to court.

    Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2022/04/12) */ The Company includes a clear and conspicuous "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of commercial emails, including e-letters and promotions, enabling email recipients to unsubscribe from receiving future commercial emails. The Company also maintains a customer service center Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. to respond to customer unsubscribe requests. Customers often unsubscribe from receiving commercial emails then subsequently sign up to receive additional future commercial emails from the Company. Customers also frequently subscribe to receive future commercial emails from the Company using several different email addresses. When customers unsubscribe from one email address, they will continue to receive future commercial emails to the email addresses that remain subscribed. In any event, when the Company received this complaint, the Company applied a master opt-out function to the customer's email address, to ensure that the Customer no longer receives any commercial emails from the Company. If the problem persists, please call the Company's customer service department for further assistance at 1-800-681-1765.
