**** ***** is the one who launched *** ****** * ************* ******* and Money Map Press is now the owner of it. On 02/26/2020 I purchased a 5 year subscription to Angels & Entrepreneurs for $150. On 11/20/2019 I upgraded to a lifetime subscription of **** *****'s Private Deal Flow for $1,500. On 03/22/2024 Angel's and Entrepreneurs sent out an email stating that they were discontinuing their service on March 28th, 2024. A prorated refund of $45 is owed on the 5 year subscription to Angels and Entrepreneurs as I still had time left on the subscription when I renewed for 5 years. Now that the lifetime subscription to **** *****'s Private Deal Flow will end on March 28th, 2024 I am owed $1,500 as a refund. Please respond to this complaint by refunding me $1,545.00. Helo there, First thing first I apologize for being frustrated, *********** *** ***** *** **** ** ** ******* ** ***** ***** - the instructors or investors who sends alert are all very good but they dont realze how nad their support is . History: I have bought a program Warlocks service for life with a bonus of one year Service of their Close the Trade with Vaz - in totall one life service and one year bonusof another service. I have paid them in total $2620 USD. I can send my reciept upon request (with the names and emails of them to me) In June they apparently discontnued and passed this to Monuments Traders Allance (MTA) and only paid them $1829.12 to replace my service with Daily Profit program at MTA! it was a totally diffferet, not a teachng service but just an alert system program with not a instructor like Warlock and since June until now, Everytime I called I was getting vague answer to tell me "just call MTA. its moved there"! not being honest with me that the program gone forever and they replaced with Daily Profit at MTA (because they know what theydid was wrongand wantedto ill time) - afterthree months of going back anf forth i finally got what happened so i requested refund from MTA first. MTA refunded every penny they got from MMP but MMP still would ask me to go back to them and get the rest!! how kind they are to MTA ! but i did not know at that time they paid to MTA partial amount so I was going to MTA and finaly got the whole picture. When called back MMP and confronted, first they emailed --- refund date has passed 60 days no refund! - I argued you replaced after the 60 days and i did not want refund if you had not changed so unmatchingly and unetically i lost even 3 months of the other service not knowing what happened. --- they realized I am right then said MTA paid you prorated refund get the rest from them! still going with same untrue statement - before going MTA (because I paid them in the first place and MTA refunded me already) I argued the prorared ok sure but it is not correctly calculated - do I get same amount as a one-year member i paid for life and had a year bonus of another service - even then I was charged more than 33% they actually lured me with the bonus to get the life option!!! --- Again they realized I am right they said this is policy we can replace whatever and our last phone call they admitted this was not ethical or fair * *** ******* but sorry that is policy. of course they did not say those words but agreed with my words which was those and they said we undersanfd what you say - we know - ok what now? do i get the money whicis nothing for MMP to play sucha long ourney to not pay me? --- so i read the whole policy and they were wrong , and got back to MTA and finally realized they were only paid $1829.12 on June 1st!! I was so upset how come they send me to them? claim as a multimilionare but baiting on me who is VIP member of their other services and then agree they ******* me but they scared me away as a ESL canadian with their policy which is not even what they say is, tthey did not even try to replace my services correctly based and upon my calling they have been withhlding info and truth to me i suspect to kill time, telling lies many time until I'm back with true argument for what 600 somthing to pay me back? - for me in canada n canadian dollar that almost $1000 CAD. Request: I wouldl like my money back please - I have never hadssue withthem in the pastt so it was relly upsetting their plot ! I would like te difference back to my original method of payment. The other service MTA completey undestood and refunded me all right away! then ths started wth Momey Map Press and yet to refund me. If they told me the truth i was using daily profit and maybe I liked it - but i waswasting time until yesterday!Initial Complaint

Hello! I signed up for lifetime "warlocks's world", and "trade the close" for trading service from ***** ***** *** ****** *** respectively. I paid $4000. Later they had a bundle where you could get lifetime with all their gurus for $6000. I purchased that only to learn that even thought the initial service was redundant I would not receive any credit from the original purchase and would in a sense double pay for that part. But ok, so I will get the other services, especially **** ***** digital heavyweights, so I paid up. ok. So i'm in $10,000 deep. I managed to get this squared away through a payment plan. Then their whole service fell apart! ***** ******gone! ****** ***- gone! **** *****, gone! no warlock's world or trade the close, and the platform where we all participated and traded together with the gurus throughout the day (moneymorininglive), which was a major motivator- also gone! In the meantime most of recommended trades from the gurus are losers (in violation of all their promises). I've never made anything from the services and I'm out 10k for services that no longer exist, and my family is struggling. I want a full refund if possible please. I requested this by phone and was rather impolitely informed that no refunds would be issued under "any circumstances". I signed up for a subscription called Microcurrency Trader. It stated that if you didn't get 5 coins with a 10x profit offered to you in the year length subscription then you'd get a free year or your money back. Well I never got any help with a single coin that did 10x gains. And plus after the year they won't respond and then they charge me $1,900 at the start of this year. When I paid $1,500 in 2022. So I should of gotten that back or at least a free year. But no I was charged an additional 1900 n they wont and haven't respondedBusiness response

In April 2022 Money Map Press organized a webinar which I attended as they were selling access to a financial market live room which was called The Warlock's Room. In this webinar they explained how the service works and they had an offer for a Lifetime subscription to access this financial market live room for $4.999. After attending this webinar I decided to purchase the Lifetime subscription and I paid $4.999 on 04/18/2022. To my surprise they informed me after the payment that I also had to pay $199 annually for a maintenance fee each calendar year, and I paid this fee in April 2022 and also in April 2023. I was surprised as this fee was never mentioned before. I was an attendee of this live room which worked fine, and then suddenly the access to this live room disappeared and they started to send me emails to have access to other of their services which I didn't want to have. Today I called Money Map Press to get an explanation about the situation and to ask for a refund since I paid for a Lifetime access to a service which suddenly disappeared a few months after I paid for the Lifetime subscription. They told me that indeed the service is not available anymore and they will not refund me the subscription except for $200. I told them this was unacceptable and they told me that's all they can do for me, which indeed I find unacceptable.Business response

On or about 4/29/22, I joined Warlocks World on a Lifetime membership. The cost was $ 4,518.81. There are several issues. First, there were to be "zero annual fees, One single payment and you're in for life." When I called to join, I verified this with the rep. I was placed on hold and he came back and said I was right, no annual fee. I was informed in early April, 23 that I would be charged the annual maintenance fee. I questioned and was told "zero annual fees was in reference to paying the full cost each year." I paid the annual fee since I liked the service very much. The 211.64 maintenance was charged on 4/25/23. Now I was informed that the service has been canceled/discontinued because their business model is changing from trading to investing. I have used the service for approximately one year, nowhere near the "lifetime" they advertised. The yearly cost was significantly lower than the lifetime cost (about 1/2 the price). I called an requested a refund of the entire amount paid for the LIFETIME service and was told there are no refunds. I would be transferred to another service. I stated I did not want to be transferred to a service that I had no interest in. I joined Warlocks World with ***** ***** and if they couldn't provide that, I wanted a refund. I was denied again. They canceled the service and are unable to provide what I paid for, so MMP should provide full refund of initial cost and the maintenance fee, total $ 4,730.45. I am not interested in any of the services offered in lieu of the one I purchased. Also of note, this service and ***** ***** are continuing under another business but MMP claims they are unable to transfer memberships to the new provider.Business response

While we acknowledge that we did run the ad you attached - which was admittedly incorrect - both the promo and the order form that you completed before purchase included prominent mention of the $199.00 yearly maintenance fee ($211.64 after taxes). Your subscription to Warlock's World was $2,295 for one year with a no refund policy, and you added the lifetime option for an additional $2,000.00.
Because you kept and used the service for a full year, and that year was purchased with an advertised no-refund policy, we have refunded $2,000.00 for the cost of the lifetime upgrade along with $211.64 for the yearly maintenance fee. In addition, we have cancelled and refunded your subscription to Trade the Close for an additional refund of $1,063.50. These will all be returned to the form of payment(s) you used to make the original purchases in the next 5-7 business days.

I have reviewed the response and have noted the following:1. I did not fill out any order form that stated an annual fee. I called in to place the order and specifically asked about this and was told there was no annual fee. There was no added option of lifetime membership. The cost was for lifetime membership and was not broken down between annual and lifetime. However, these are moot points right now.2. On my final call to the company, I advised that I filed a complaint with the BBB and was offered a 2000.00 refund. This was refunded to my credit card. However, the $ 211.64 for the yearly maintenance (which would have covered the year from 4/23-4/24) was NOT refunded. I am still due this amount.3. The Trade the Close service was refunded because it was an upgrade to lifetime and the membership was due to start in September after my yearly ran out and they couldn’t provide this service to me.I did agree to the refunds mentioned in their response which were offered only after I filed a complaint, but they have yet to provide the final $ 211.64 refund to my card. I paid for a lifetime subscription to all of the services at Money Map Press. Within a few months after joining a began to realize that their results with trading were nowhere near what they advertised. They opened so many new services based upon what I believe were false claims. There was too much confusion over the schedule, prices paid by different individuals. I hear they may be going out of business and I would like my money returned ASAP because they lured me in with what I feel were false promises.Business response

Purchased “Microcurrency Trader” by Tom ******* Lifetime Membership for $2,495 May 25, 2020 (Order * ********* from MoneyMap Press. Program had false or misleading advertising practice and claimed gains over 1700 % or more with the “Microcurrency Wave Crossover Tool”. And that there would be 52 such opportunities in a year and it is going to be quite a ride. Promised 25,000 % total profits in the next 12 months and that Tom ******* and put $4.4 Million of the line. Returns from the program portfolio as of 5/3/2023 7.59 PM CST was taken from the American Institute of Crpto Investors Microcurrency Trader (website ****************). Average return adds upto -58.06 % which is nowhere near the claimed 25,000 % total profit which attracted me to the program. I am terribly disappointed by the “Microcurrency Trader” program by Tom ******* as a part of Money Map Press and feel I have been scammed. I waited for 2 years to see if the program would become profitable as advertised but it never did. I finally decided to file a complaint with BBB. Would like to cancel my membership and request refund for the $2,495 lifetime membership I paid and the $195 Crossover tool maintenance fee I paid in May 2022 or I might be forced to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission on misleading advertisement by Money Map Press for Tom ******* Microcurrency Trader. We have issued refunds in the amounts of $2,495.00 and $195.00. These will be returned to the form of payment you used to make the original purchase in the next 5-7 business days.
However we would like to clarify that the guarantee in this service was "the chance to see 25,000% in cumulative microcurrency gains in the next year or else we'll give you another year of service on the house." There was no promise of a 25,000% average return or an offer of a refund.
