I purchased two trading systems from Money Map Press. They both listed thirty day refunds if the buyer was not satisfied. During the thirty day trial period, I decided to cancel the subscription and I asked for a refund. Money Map Press then contacted me and told me that I would have to take a course to qualify for the refund. They did not inform me of this before the purchase. I then contacted my credit card company for a refund. When they contacted Money Map Press, they were furnished with several pages of instructions that purchasers were to follow to qualify for a refund. The instructions were in very small print and were difficult to read. However, my issue was that this requirement was not furnished prior to my purchase. I feel that Money Map Press should do the Right Thing and refund my Money!!! They owe me in excess of $5,000. and have not acted in Good Faith!! All of their moves to deny my refund were done after the fact. I am looking for a full refund from this company instead of their stance to date of deception.

      Mr. ********,

We appreciated the chance to speak with you about this issue recently. Your membership order form clearly states in two different places that our Learning System must be completed in order to be eligible for a refund, to ensure education on the service. There is no deception on our part about this aspect of the service whatsoever.

We were informed that the chargeback proceeding you began against us in this matter was recently decided in our favor, but as discussed, we have decided to issue you a refund in full in the amount of $3,000.00, which will be returned to you in the next 5-7 business days via the method of payment you used to make the original purchase.

      Sincerely,

      Money Map Press Customer Service

I am writing to report Money Map Press for conducting business activities in a manner that is deceptive and unfair to consumers, misrepresenting the value they deliver and making themselves pass as a part of *** ********* business. On March 12th, 2023, I purchased what I believed to be The Unlimited Darknet signal search with a Lifetime membership from Tom ******* after watching a video showing Tom ******* selling his Darknet product. That video from Tom ******* convinced me of the value of his Darknet signal application and made me believe I was purchasing his Darknet application through the Elite Level lifetime membership as you see in the image attached. The next day,I found that the company selling the product was Money Map Press, they are not Tom *******, and they also do not provide the Darknet application in a lifetime basis as it was misrepresented through the video and their advertising page. I paid $3,450 for the membership, understanding I could use on my own the Darknet application from Tom ******* for $345 annually as advertised. I asked Money Map Press how to access the membership, and they directed me to ****************. I asked where I could access the Darknet signals application and they sent me to ****************. I could not log into this URL so I called customer support for Tom *******, and they told me I did not have any membership with them. At this point, I called Money Map Press again and after speaking with 3 different representatives, I discovered that the membership they sold was not what they promised, and based on that I requested a refund which was denied multiple times. I believe that Money Map Press is engaging in deceptive and unfair trade practices by making false representations and false claims about what they offer. I believe Money Map Press is purposely deceiving consumers and that is why they are not willing to provide refunds. I am seeking support to receive a full refund for the $3,450 paid. Thank you.

      Ms, ********,

We are glad we were able to offer you a refund when you reached out to us directly last month. The funds should have been returned to you within 5-7 business days of that date - please let us know if this is not the case.

Otherwise, let us know if there is anything further we can do to bring this complaint to a close.

      Sincerely,

I subscribed to a service, Expiration Trader, on November 18, 2022. As stated on the receipt, refunds are available within the first 30 days upon completion of the training. I submitted an online ticket requesting a refund on December 2, 2022 and have not received a response. I sent an email requesting a refund December 5, 2022 and have received no response. I called December 7, 2022 and spoke with David. I explained I wanted a refund. After being placed on hold for a few minutes, David said the company policy does not allow for refunds. This is in direct contradiction to what is stated on the receipt. The company terms of service also says the refund policy can be found on the receipt. I explained this to David, who repeatedly spoke over me, trying to cut me off and not let me finish what I was saying. He stated that his supervisor would tell me the same thing. I then asked to speak with his supervisor. David said his supervisor was not there and kept talking in circles. This company is not standing behind the 30 day money back guarantee as stated on the receipt. The website states that refunds are paid within 14 days under "Ending a subscription": https://moneymappress.com/terms-conditions/

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/12/22) */ Mr. Tolleson, We apologize for the aggravation and confusion you experienced in seeking a refund. We are aware that you recently won a chargeback proceeding against us over the purchases in question, which was awarded to you on 12/9. Accordingly, the refund will come from your credit card company as we no longer have any funds from your purchase. If there's anything further, we can do to bring this matter to a close, please just let us know. I had a paid subscription to one of Money Map Press services and when i cancelled i requested that they remove my e-mail from their data base as i did not want to receive any further solicitations or promotional material from them. I continue to receive these e-mails even thought i have tried many times to "unsubscribe" from their mailings. I have also called several time over the last month or two to speak to customer service asking them to stop. Each time they say to give it week. The last call was almost 2 weeks ago and yet they persist with these unwanted e-mails. To make matters worse when i do unsubscribe form the e-mails they simple double up and send the send e-mail as duplicates or triplicates. They added me to lists for their publications that i did not request in the first first and they have refused (by virtue of their inaction to my repeated requests) to remove me from their unwanted e-mails. I now consider this to be harassment and flooding on my account with SPAM. they have not responded to my repeated requests and i am hoping that you can get them to stop

just to let you know, someone from Money Map did call. In true professional fashion they did not leave a full name or even a call back number. So there was no way for me to follow up. If this is what they want to consider a response to my complaint then it is indicative of their dismissive attituded and lack of regard for dealing with their former customers.

This is an investment company that offers to take your money & put into several investments. But as stated sometime ago what they were going to do, we haven't been contacted with any information on investments with our monies. I know this can take time but in the meantime they also received additional funds with no contact. I went to look up the company & 1 of the founders & he is not with them, but now has another company.

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/12/20) */ Ms. Maxwell, We do not have any record of you making a purchase of a Money Map Press subscription of any kind. It appears you have made purchases from Agora Financial, who are a separate entity with their own customer service department. Any complaints in their direction would need to be addressed to them. Regardless, neither Money Map Press nor Agora Financial invest customer's money in any capacity. We are a financial research service which publishes newsletters with general investment advice which customers can then follow on their own, making their own investments. We are not brokers or investors and we do not manage money or give personalized financial advice. If there's anything further, we can do for you, please don't hesitate to let us know within this form. Sincerely, Money Map Press Customer Service

I subscribed to the 'Double Your Account Challenge' on 31st October 2022 which I paid $2145 for. There was an advertisement video which was very misleading and promised 'doubling your account in 60 days'. I have been disappointed with the product and service. I contacted customer service on 5th November 2022 through email and was advised to call their phone number. When asked about a refund the agent on the phone simply hung up.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
No the business did not provide a satisfactory response. I am on a disability pension, and have speech difficulties, yet they kept insisting on discussing over the phone. In emails they were also unhelpful and have misled me about the opportunity to 'double my money' in 60 days through a challenge. I have attempted to discuss with the organisation for over a month, yet they haven't provided any opportunities for cancellation and refund.

      Hi Mr. ***,

Our customer representative Ryan tried to address your concerns via email on November 15th but he hasn't heard back from you. It now appears that you've filed a chargeback proceeding with your credit card company on November 25th. We are unable to issue refunds while these are pending, and they can take 6-8 weeks from initiation to be resolved. If your credit card company finds in your favor, any refund will come directly from them.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

      Sincerely,

I watched a video to join Angels and Entrepreneurs. During the video 3 people were talking (Robert ******** from Shark Tank was one of the people) about a unique opportunity to invest in start-up companies. They claimed that you could receive 1,000x return on your investment beginning with as little as $100.00. They made it sound like the only way you are ever going to hear about these opportunities is if you join Angels & Entrepreneurs. I joined and paid $495.00 to upgrade to a lifetime membership. It turns out that most of these start-up companies are available on the major crowd funding platforms like Wefunder, Startengine and Republic. Most of these investments require more than $100.00 and what they don't tell you is these investments are very risky with a 3-10 year hold time & that you could loose all of the money. They also lead you to believe that they have spent many hours vetting the best companies and the more companies that you invest in the better chance of finding a (unicorn). Basically a businesses that can achieve a worth of 1 billion dollars without being quoted on the Stock Exchange. They hold back the information on the best start-ups to get you to part with more money for a service called Private Deal Flow. I paid $1,995 for a 1 year membership. Since Angels & Entrepreneurs & Private Deal Flow memberships were worthless, I got sold on a faster moving train called Gunslingers Trading Alliance where you invest in SPAC's that could make you money within a couple of weeks to a couple of months. Every one of Shaw ********* recommendations is in the red. In September 2022 he recommended closing all of your open positions & that SPAC's will likely stay out of favor for the next couple of months. I paid $1,950 for a two year membership. I also invested in Alternative Wealth Network ($495) & Microcurrency Trader ($1,295) with Tom ******** All of his recommendations are in the red. I would like a complete refund of all my money asap. Thank you.

Purchased Warlocks World trading program for a 1 year subscription on 9/25/22 for $2134.28 and if the program was not for me, would refund at 30 days upon request. On 10/07/22 they offered a lifetime subscription to the same program with many additional benefits for an additional $2183.53 again with the promise at 30 days a full refund would be available. So at the end of the original 30 days I requested a refund of the entire amount of which they indicated a large portion of the amount was non-refundable. After some much heated discussion it was stated that a full refund of 4317.81 would be refunded to my account and that I would be forever banned from doing business with them forever. They immediately closed my account and shows that I am banned. I initiated this call on 10/25/22 in the morning. I have yet to see any refund and no longer have access to my purchase. At the present time I do not feel that any refund will be forthcoming based on the conversation on the phone. I could be wrong but am not hopeful.

My name is Charlie ******* I am a psychotherapist representing an organization call The Soldier's House of Fremont County -we support local veterans. My client, Leon ****** has signed up for a service that he cannot make use of, and I believe was misled as to his ability to get his money refunded. The materials Mr. Carter received do not appear to be what was promised and when we have both tried to call to cancel and request a refund we have been denied, hung up on, and transferred to other unhelpful people. My client is a veteran, on a fixed income, and not very computer literate. He was offered an opportunity to have his money invested in such a manner that his $5000.00 would grow to $50,000.00. To do so he was charged over $600.00, and we fear this charge will be reoccurring. As I have stated both he and I have tried to reach out to the organization in the past two weeks and give them a chance to cancel and refund Leon's money to no avail.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/11/03) */ Hello, We apologize for the confusion. We are a financial publishing company that provides investment advice through our newsletters. We do not invest customer's money in any capacity. The purchase Mr. Carter made was for our publication Extreme Profit Hunters, for which he paid $595 on a quarterly basis instead of the full $5000 charge for a yearly subscription. When we run promotions with prices this low, a no-refund policy is typically associated with the purchase. However, under the circumstances, we are happy to offer a courtesy refund of the full $595.00 purchase. This will be returned to the credit card he used to make the original purchase in 3-5 business days. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to resolve this issue. And please thank Mr. Carter for his service! Sincerely, Money Map Press Customer Service

I want this directed to Bob Keppel. I've been a subscriber since 2017 and invested in at least 6 of the traders "platforms". As a multiple subscriber I received two discount cards of $500 each to use for future purchases. I used one of them in the past and the other remains unused today. I'm interested in the two year membership to Shah's Hyperdrive Portfolio for $1950. A rep in customer service tells me I can't use my $500 gift from MMP because the program is already discounted. $1950-1995 is a common cost for the subscriptions and I believe I earned the $500 credit because of my loyalty. How can you make this happen for me? Thank you, Cathy ****** XXX-XXX-XXXX
