    Papi Cuisine in Baltimore Md is the restaurant. First time attending for a birthday dinner party with approximately 20 people. I ordered jerk braised lamb chops. I informed my waitress of the hair in my food in which we unwrapped together in front of about 5 of the guests from the party that were actively listening to the conversation. I've emailed the GM manager Ren ***** on 4 different occasions and only one response. He emailed me back after my first initial call attempt stating he was going to gather information about what happened and call me that Monday April 4 but No call from him. I've called restaurant multiple times and employees are very rude to the matter in which no one in management wants to assist customers concerns especially involving hair in food

I'd be happy to address your concerns. Firstly, I'd like to apologize for the issue with your order and we'd like to thank you for your patience with us. We were able to investigate the situation as promised. We did check to see which employees were scheduled at the time of the occurrence. Hair nets are worn by the appropriate staff so we are unsure where the item came from. However, in situations like this we like to take corrective action by reiterating training procedures and practices to our servers, prep team and cooks. We'd be more than happy to issue you a refund per the circumstances. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We truly hope to see you again in the future for a better experience. Thanks again.
