I recently purchased a pair of Cartier glasses. I went in today to have the scheduled appointment for my children and to get my glasses repaired that were constantly falling off my face! I sat down with Lana who started off with a nasty attitude. She proceeded to tell me she could not shorten my arms on my glasses to prevent them from falling off! She told me that if I wanted a larger case for my glasses to not be smashed up that I needed to pay for it after paying almost 2k for a pair of glasses. Another representative had to come and tell her to assist me properly and just help me out. After her neglecting to assist me properly they then told me that they could not do my daughter and son eye appointment. After waiting over an hour we were denied to be seen. I do not recommend that anyone use them at all they had good service when I was spending my money now I need adjustments it’s a problem. Lana needs to find a job outside customer service because she’s horrible at it and is going to prevent people from coming there. My next pair of Cartiers will be brought elsewhere and I also complained with them as well so when they evaluate them for the year their license to be a distributor can be taken! I hope that it is taken because they do not deserve to sell designer frames!
