      I feel compelled to share my experience with Four Twelve Roofing LLC in *********, **, as I believe consumers should be highly skeptical and cautious when considering their services. Unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative.From the outset, the lack of professionalism was evident. Communication was nearly non-existent; they often failed to keep to the schedule we agreed upon. There were instances where staff simply did not show up or canceled last minute, leaving me frustrated and without answers.I felt that the sales practices used by Four Twelve Roofing were deceitful. They seemed to take advantage of my lack of roofing knowledge, selling me services that I later discovered were unnecessary. Despite my initial concerns about a roof leak when I first contacted them, the issue remained unresolved even after their work was completed.Additionally, I experienced significant challenges communicating with the staff they sent. I often found myself using ****** Translate to understand what they were doing, as many of them could not communicate effectively in English. This raised serious concerns about their qualifications; if they cannot speak or write in English, how can they be properly licensed?Their financing partner, Dividend Finance, contributed to my dissatisfaction by encouraging me to take out a higher loan than necessary, all while providing materials and workmanship that were subpar. For example, they installed patio boards that warped and lifted within just a few months. I was assured that longer boards would prevent these issues, yet on the day of the project, my materials were not delivered, and they used whatever was available to hastily complete the job.Overall, my experience with Four Twelve Roofing LLC has been disappointing, and I would advise anyone considering their services to proceed with caution. We still have the same leak on our roof.

      My roof was supposed to be replaced and properly installed. It never was it leak worse after they installed it I called multiple times the owner *** ***** was extremely rude and so were his employees. No one wanted to help I eventually had to call another roofing company. ********** roofing and they were so much better and professional and the install process from start to finish was amazing. Best roofing company in the game hands down 412 wishes they were ********** roofing.

      Four Twelve Roofing was contracted to do a roof repair on January 17, 2022. The Roof replacement has continued to leak since the installation in 2022. Four Twelve has performed three additional under warranty visits to fix the leak since 2022, with the latest occurring on February 8, 2024. The roof continues to leak and Four Twelve left a voicemail stating that they will no longer be coming out to examine and check the roof, and that the leak is clearly a result from the windows that you can see in photos, and no phots were provided.

      On October 29, 2021, we signed a contract with fourtwelveroofing to do, what we though was a roof replacement for $7,401.10. They actually performed the repair around December/ January as we were away on holiday vacation. After less than a year we noticed water damage about our bedroom on the third floor as well as along our walls on our second floor. I called around December 2022 after the spots became more profound after an ice storm. I called to ask them to come check it out but was told by the contract worker that my warranty expired. I couldn't confirm as I couldn't locate the contract but I found out after I called again in March and found out that the warranty was misrepresented and that it was still active at the time I called first time around. I emailed the company to hopefully get the repair covered no cost because they admitted he did a bad job. We identified the problem spots and they were fixed HORRIBLY. One part was even completely neglected. Admittedly, the contractor had been let go at the time of this interaction. We were offered for them to come back and do the repair again for $2999 which we believe is asinine. We' spent the year trying to find ways to hold them accountable. I'm not a Baltimore native so I am just now hearing about this option, I do truly believe that this was completely mishandled and do not deserve to pay for this damage as we were misled in the beginning and could've avoided this situation. As of now the spots are at their worst and I am truly growing concerned. Our goal is to get our roof replaced or compensated.
