    Dont use Phil Dibello roofing if youre looking for honesty, communication, and/or accurate quote. Even though I asked to be made aware of any additional work before it was done, they did extra work anyway, and charged me for it. The extra work was unnecessary, and was a result of errors made by the crew. I contacted the company with these concerns, and they responded by sending pictures of the additional work. Their intercompany communication is poor, and their responses are minimal, and inaccurate. The scheduling people have no idea what the sales people are doing, and vice versa. I certainly wouldnt use them again, and definitely WOULD NOT recommend them.

    We appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately, the customer left many important details out of this very misleading review. My site ******* very clearly explained to the customer during the job that we were still in the process of tearing off the old shingles and that once we could properly assess the entire roof deck (70+ year old planking), we may need to replace at most, ***** ft of bad planking. The customer acknowledged this, and we continued working. My ******* also showed the customer the 6 new planking boards he was leaving with the crew in case any needed to be replaced. We wound up replacing $100 worth of split/bad planking, which is a total of 10 feet. Wood replacement is additional to the price, which is stated in the contract. We showed the customer before and after pictures of this wood as well. The replacement of this extremely small amount of wood was not optional as it is critical the foundation is solid to properly guarantee the roofing nails bite the wood and no shingle blow offs/issues occur in the future. This is the additional work the customer conveniently left out of his review. We are definitely confused by this very odd and unusual review as we could not have communicated any better to the customer as we do on all of our projects. Regardless of the above, we value his business as our customer and are very grateful he chose us for his roof replacement.

    Great company reasonable price and quality workmanship. They installed a beautiful new roof and new siding , windows gutter and downspouts all completed within a 10 day period. All the mechanics were excellent and courteous and treated our house like it was theirs. Thank you Phil Dibello Family Roofing for doing a magnificent job. We highly recommend this company.
