I had reached out multiple times to child care subsidy central multiple times, to put in a change of circumstance form and address form. I had mailed in the letter multiple times, I had emailed the paper work in and my address has never been changed. Ive called multiple times to inquire about it and every single representative say that the matter has been escalated and the issue never resolved. I have asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times to be on hold for over 1-2 hours long with the call hanging up. Ive never had a supervisor call me back either. After all this has happened, I received a notice by my daycare provider that my vouchers were ending. I then reached out to *** and was told the vouchers ended on the 7th, and to reapply. I never knew my vouchers were ending and to fill out the redetermination packet because CCS has not updated my address after multiple attempts of sending in paper work. It has now been a month, and even though the date says Ill be notified of approval by the 7th. The 7th has come and gone and theres still no approval. Of course I call and was hold again with call hanging up and no supervisor. I was told theres nothing they can do by representatives once its sent to case management. I mean this is ridiculous. This is a result of unprofessionalism on *** behalf. How Im not going to be able to afford care for my son, while being a college student due to the carelessness of CCS. I would like to be reimbursed for any money paid to the daycare since my vouchers ended.
