  0 stars!! The OWNER NAME IS TOM!! The overnight guy name is BOB!(very nice old guy) Tom talks to Bob like he’s dog s* on the bottom of his shoe! My appointment was at 7pm for me to pick up my car I arrived about 6:45pm noticed that my car was blocked in by three other vehicles behind the gate & nobody was there, Bob arrived about 7:15 in his personal vehicle from there he had to call around multiple different people because my car was blocked in, and there was no way I could even remove it from the yard because of the other cars around it so the other cars had to be towed away first and guess what NO TOW TRUCK WAS AT THE LOT, So Bob finally reached Tom how I know his name is Tom is because Bob stated that he’s climbing up the ladder by calling the boss Tom! While doing though his phone was on speaker, Tom stated well there is no tow trucks available until 8 o’clock because that’s when they start working for overnight I over heard him say that so I chimed in and said well can we be accommodated for this because we had a 7pm appointment! Tom then says to Bob”let me see what I can do” 15-20mins go by Tom called back Bob answered “not on speaker” But phone volume on 10 Tom:am I on speaker Bob:No Tom:Yelling WHY WHY ** WAS I ON THERE THE FIRST, Don’t YOU EVER HAVE ME ON ** SPEAKER IF THAT B*CAN HEAR ME THATS A PROBLEM! by this time I’m not on furious but feel so bad for Bob this old man literally had tears in his eyes!! I waited until he finished the call and I said to him why would you allow him to speak to you like that!? You can see in this man’s eyes that he was just so embarrassed and hurt!! And can clearly tell Tom speaks to him like this often!! (SAD) tow truck arrived about 8:30pm! No apologies no nothing! Just collected $450.00 and treated me like s* IDC IF MY CAR IS TOWED TO FLORIDA I WILL GO THERE BEFORE I EVERE WANT TO GO BACK TO 6310-A Arundel cove ave Baltimore Md(Paladin Impound & Recovery)(Owner “TOM”) any business of his is BAD BUSINESS

  The person at the window started off professionally but quickly turned into an ….. He would not allow me to look at the car with my 21 year old son. He said he didn’t trust me. I asked if he had kids and ofcourse did not answer. My son’s car was found on the lot unlocked and gone through. I get it there in bed with Baltimore city police b:c I’m sure the city gets a kick back for every car they pick up. I was just looking out for my son. Do not do business with this guy. His last words to me was ha! I got your kids $$ . Who get off on taking a school students money! Sad!!

  I had to give one star. They are very unprofessional and rude. Dan, ******* (the name given when asked)talks down to people when trying to obtain their vehicles. I would strongly advise not to use this company for your business. Yes, I was at fault for a parking violation but, this company should not be condescending towards anyone. Please find another company to do business with. I did get video footage of the incident when trying to get my vehicle.

  While I was three steps away from my car at the shopping center, he was about to lift my car, did not let me go and got $160 cash. I have a dash cam and took the video, I’ll definetly repost this matter. Ridiculous.

  We'd definitely be interested in reviewing your dashcam video and seeing the receipt for the $160.00 payment, along with the date, approximate time and location. Year & make of the vehicle would help as well.

  This company illegal towed my car from my residence. They stole the louverf off my Dodge Challanger and lied and said that it was never on the car. My apartment complex has the pictures of when the car was towed and it was on there. They told me to take them to court also they refused to give me any information such as names of the owner who's name is Thomas ****** *** The gentleman who answered the phone name is Vince and he was very nasty and uncooperative. They assume that us as residents already had to pay the fee for the illegal tow's that they have done so they assume we do not have the money to take them to court. Well today they learned they need us and they cannot continue to behave in the manner that they are. So I had them served and I am awaiting our court date.

  The vehicle was not towed illegally, the vehicle was not authorized to park on the property and did not display the required permit.

  It's quite bold to use the word "stole". It would ill advised for any tow company to steal anything from impounded/towed vehicles as impounding/towing is how we stay in business.

  Vehicles towed are at the Owners Risk and Expense. We make assumption about a individuals financial means.

  No it was not, it was towed illegally that is why the apartment complex called you all and you released the vehicle to us and we were reimbursed for the tow. If your company is going to keep doing these things be able to take the heat that comes with it. You all’s employees are unprofessional and rude and based on the comment I see where their training came from

  They illegally towed my car that was legally parked in street parking because they said it wasn't in a "marked parking spot". I get there and they are still charging me even though the owner CONFESSED that the car was only towed because someone called to get a DIFFERENT car towed that was blocking an entry way and the towing team towed my car too because it was next to the accused car even though my car was fine and not blocking anything. This tow company is STEALING money from people ILLEGALLY on PRIVATE PROPERTY by towing cars they have no business towing and they need to be shut down.
