  Can't say enough for their service. I had a large lilac pruned and a mulberry tree cut down. They even removed annoying vines growing around the fence. Left everything clean and neat!!!

  I have 2 Bradford pear trees that needed to be trimmed. I called on Black Friday, Kim texted that afternoon to set up an estimator visit for Saturday morning. I received the estimate on Saturday morning and the price seemed too good to be true. I called to verify and talk about the scope of work and it was exactly what we wanted and the price stayed the same. They set up services for the end of the week and to my surprise completed the work 2 days early . Definitely recommend!

  Spoke with the owner, got a very competitive quote. The team came right on time and took great care to limit any damage to the yard and the foliage. Cleaned it all up completely. Great customer service and personality. Kim is the bomb. Highly recommend, will use them again.

  We had a great experience with Maryland Tree Care. They were quick to come give an estimate, extremely quick with service once we said yes to the estimate and very professional. Pricing was very reasonable. They did such an amazing job that my neighbor hired them in the spot!

  Services paid in full were left incomplete. Due to the lack of communication and professionalism, I was left to feel racially discriminated against because of a"***************", ******************" sign displayed in my front yard. When I called the office to explain, my call was disconnected by the secretary. I simply wanted a better understanding as to why only one stump was left, which was in front of the sign, and I needed an explanation of why there was a communication breakdown. My interaction with the staff had been fine up until the point when someone came to remove the final stump. Although our conversation escalated due to the lack of communication from the company and its staff on the day of the final stump removal, I needed an explanation. The staff who came to remove the final stump didn't even ring my doorbell bell, he called the office for the secretary to call me on his behalf to inform me that he was outside. As soon I ask why he didn't ring my bell versus calling the office to let me know he was here is when our interaction became irate and less than professional. Because he stood there reading the "***************", "******************" sign behind the stump, which could have easily been removed, is when he refused to remove the final stump and why I feel I was racially discriminated against.
  
  When I called to explain to the office secretary of my interaction with the staff and how it seemed racially discriminatory, she very irately disconnected my call, shouting that "I was done!" and that she wasn't racist because of her African American husband, family, and friends.
  
  The staff left my home refusing to complete the service.

  This could not be further from the truth and shame on you! The stump you said was left behind was an old stump that was NOT on your estimate - was NOT a bush/tree thet we had removed. It clearly had chemicals on it from where you had attempted to kill it for removal on your own. We did the job and when you began getting upset..... the owner came and explained to you that this is not part of the job, but since you were becoming irate, he was willing to give you $50 so that you could call another company, someone with a small enough grinder who could help you.
  I never hung up on you - we stayed on the phone for over 20 minutes and towards the end of the conversation you called me prejudiced ... at that time I said how dare you, you don't know me and you don't know anything about me or my family. My husband is not African American as you said I stated ... he is actually AMERICAN INDIAN. You sir, are an unkind and untruthful person and the work that you contracted us to do was done in full and I ask that you never call my office again.
