I thought I was dealing with ******* Upholstery and **** but instead it seems like it was olympia Upholstery and a person that calls himself Nathan. but seems to really be Jason. They took my furniture and never returned several articles of mine including pillows, materials and furniture. They recklessly charged my credit card without my permission. It's almost a year later and no furniture and absolutely no satisfaction. The founder and owner Chris B*********** says everything his up to his son in law. I don't know who to turn to.

Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. However, your claims are completely false. We have been in business for 55 years, and have never charged any CC without permission. We returned all of your goods. I have a crowded workshop the last thing I would want is more furniture. We had a good working relationship for well over a year, which included a five star ****** review. We have completed numerous projects for you including sofas, chairs, dining room chairs. You are now just trying to get something for free by making these false claims. I'm sorry this is how you choose to conduct yourself, but I will not stand for false accusations of theft.

You used the wrong Upholstery on several items, never returned all my furniture and materials. Left furniture on my front yard. Never made any of my orders right. I will have to spend thousands to make things right. The communication was deplorable from start to finish. I have repeatedly requested your liability insurance carrier and for you to put them on notice about alleged claims. You seem to operate under different names, Rick, Nathan and Jason. In the end, after all this time, I have nothing to show for my money except sadness and great disappointment. Chris the owner would never ever talk to me. Just very distressed. I have to start the entire process over and buy additional furniture after all this time. There was never ever any communication or any apologies for the continued pattern of unprofessionalism and poor average workmanship and complexity poor work, including the wrong material and below average workmanship. I never authorized these payments and no one ever properly communicated with me. There is always answer machines on with months long messages. This is my opinion from my prospective and my allegations based on my experience. Let's let your liability insurance carrier decide whether I am truly damaged. Thank you so very much
