They don't do not treat there customer right. They are liars. My trunk doesn't open and the key remote doesn't work. I have to manually open the driver's door. They all together didn't do anything that they said they would do, but all they wanted to do was talk about the money that needs to be put down on the vehicle.

Very unethical and lack of integrity. Initially I felt they had the customers best interests at heart but soon learned they are predatory. I purchased a vehicle that was filthy on both interior and exterior with body damage to numerous areas. Tires did not have treads, rear view mirror broken, air blower broken and truck inner surface falling apart. I was assured all would be corrected but I returned 3x to be turned around with invalid or dismissive replies. I’ve since asked for a copy of my contract which notes payments higher than agreed upon and a forged signature. All I wanted was resolution but they are ignoring my calls and attempts to communicate. I feel so dupped. This behavior is egregious and disgusting!

I was sold a dented car. They had the car strategically parked on the side of the lot where you couldn't see the LARGE dent on the passenger side of the fender. When I called to notify, it was crickets. Which leads me to believe they KNEW the car was dented and decided not to disclose. The car had NOT been cleaned. It was FULL of dog hair, I requested the car to be detailed and I was reminded that it was a good car. Truth be told, good isn't what I'm spending 18K on, at least take the time to detail the vehicles. For me this is bad integrity on behalf of the business.

This car lot will not work with you. They gave me the wrong approval, contract and payments. They want you to rush on everything, but they take their time. There’s no reasoning with them. They’ll say one thing and change it up later. They’ll keep adding on stuff when they tell you this is the last thing. My experience was that they kept playing around couldn’t stick to their word. Timeline keeps getting pushed back held my keys for four days. They try to push you around. I came in because the website said 500 down but they try to get more. Not customer friendly at all. Went to go get my keys finally after almost a week and the dealership got served with a search warrant
