Hello my name is ******* . I recently got a new psychiatrist intake apt at safe harbor behavioral health llc. and had an online visit they new ahead I had ******** part a and b then asked for my debit card before the visit during intake I kinda new better cause of old practices they just bill you well after the online visit they charged me 178 dollars which mind you I am a 80 20 copay . Meaning I an 29 percent. Well after I seen my bank account drained I went onto patients portal I seen they only billed ******** 50 dollars ne 178 I messaged the thus was Friday before new years . They just today messaged me back saying a bunch of **** **** excuses and how they fixed it . I went to patients portal they now changed it to insurance 200 me 150 which is still wrong cause they charged me 178 ***** ** ******* basicly they want to collect intrest and if they don't have to pay back the money they won't. Saying they don't have to refund me my money untill ******** pays them and in the phone message they said it will be kept for future payments etc . Well I canceled the next visit I cannot afford this **** I should have paid no more the 60 bucks cause my 214 deductible was 20 away from being met . They basicly want to collect intrest and if can keep my money . Plus this online billing thing is a way to **** ppl and get rid of evidence how can the bill change from 50 insurance 178 me to 200 insurance 150 me but charged 178. Plus holding my money hostage intill ******** pays plus for future payments I could be putting that money in a cd to collect intrest for 29 years are they going to pay that.
