********** has failed to register my vehicle in over 60 days which is breach of our contract on a vehicle i purchased from them. Because of their delay in registering my vehicle my auto insurance company is cancelling my policy on all my vehicles. I offered to register the vehicle myself and the ** refused. He has told me multiple times they sent the paperwork and expedited which has been lies as the *** never received any paperwork after calling them to confirm. Now the dealership has my paperwork for a vehicle i purchased and refuses to give me legal documents pertaining to purchasing and registering the vehicle in my state after they have taken my money.Initial Complaint

I purchase a service loaner CPO 2024 *** 430i convertible on 6/6/24 vin#***************** , I traded in my 2021 acura RDX and put $5,300 down. After my down payment and trade I am financing $59,494.39. I brought in my own financing which is **** due to the sales rep(***** ****** letting me know the only way I can get a $1000 rebate is if i didnt go throught *** finance( which was at the last min and sounded werid). I did have problems with my tire within 3 days of purchasing this certified pre-owned vehicle that was complately "checked out" before I drove 2 hours to the dealership. Nonetheless I still love the vehicle. The issue I am having with this dealership and this vehicle is that almost 4 months after purchasing this vehicle and still dont have my NJ tags. I spoke to a "title ***** ***** *******" about 2 months after my purchase and calling nonstop for my sales Rep ***** and getting the run around about my tags status, for the title ***** to advise me that shes new to the company and has no idea of what was going in with my title work. ***** did so advise me that my tag work was on hold due to the dealership not having my Lien holder info. ( which is werid becasue i brought in a check and lien holder directions when i pruchased the car) I explained my concerns and advised ***** she has all the info needed, also i explained that my temp tags are expired and no one from the dealership has reached out. After this I heard nothing from the dealership again until i called in and asked to speak with the General Manager ***** ****** because thing are taking to long and the tire i complained prior about was confirmed by another *** dealer that the tire was patched before. This are run flat tire that are not supposed to be patched, only replaced. ***** agreed to reimburse me for the tire, but also was checking the status of my title work. To this day i have got 4 temp tags from this dealer and no real *** on my nj tags.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I did receive registration from the dealership of a transfer of my old tags with the wrong vehicle information on here. Agreed to purchase a 2019 Subaru Outback from Auto Nation on October 11, 2023. Paid in full and received the car, without title, on October 21, 2023. Have yet to receive the title on the car. Dealership sent a second temporary tag that expired 1/19/24. The car is now illegal to use in the state of Pennsylvania due to expired tags. Dealership is now non-responsive to outreach and requests for update.Business Response

I paid for two warranties I did not want. The BMW dealer refused to take these off before my purchase. The worst part of all is my vehicle never had the coating they promised to put on. They have ******* me out of my money and didn’t even fulfill their part of the deal. I either want a full refund for these scam warranties that don’t work or my money back. I bought this January 13th and still did not receive my registration or papers.Business Response

As far as his tags i will follow up with our titling Dept. I know out of state tag processing has been taking longer then usual.

I purchased a 2016 *** from *********** in September 2022 and they have not issued title for the vehicle as of January 2023. I would like the dealership to issue the title to the vehicle expeditiously and provide a refund for the fees paid for the issuance of the title.Business Response
