Receipt attached. Saturday, March 30, 2024 at 6:15pm. Went to McDonalds drive thru left lane. No one was taking orders in left lane, so I pulled forward and told attendant no one was taking orders in left lane. I asked for the manager, and Greg (manager), said he was training new people and didn't even apologize, but took my order. The girl at the next window gave me 2 drinks that were both not marked (diet coke and coke) and my food. I noticed the food was incorrect and tried twice calling Greg (###-###-####). Both times it rang over 40 times each, but no one would answer. The hamburgers had foreign objects in them (wood chips) and I threw them out and did not eat any of the food, costing me $24.51. I would like a return phone call by either Corporate or a District Manager (or owner) at ###-###-####. I would also like a full-refund (by check, not gift card or cash), but a check mailed to my address attached.
