      COMPLETE SCAM. They will lie about their coverage and false advertised their plan. Do not be fooled by them. Matter of fact, they created a bunch of disguised companies with different names to scam people but they are all the same. If you go above and click on "About" right next to "Reviews" and "Complaints", you will see this information below. (WV)Group Health *********. (**)They stole $323.96 from me just last month (March 12, 2025). They claimed that the coverage would be for a maximum of $5000, and that it was the highest coverage for what we were looking for. We realized the next day that it was all false and our doctor's office could not even reach them to discuss coverage for what we needed. When we called them to cancel the next day, they stall, stall, and stall for hours. You are being sent to more than 5 different agents which I now think are right next to each other because their scam is very obvious.

      I was scammed. I was told that I would be charged in February for the plan but then they charged me today. I had call for a refund and I am not sure if it will be issued due to all the negative claims here.

      I believe I have been scammed. The agent gave me a phone number he claimed was a direct line to customer ********************** and my member ID #. I asked for a copy of the documents by email before I signed and he said he could only send them by phone and I would receive copies of the documents and my cards after the 30 day waiting period. This was Aug ******* and my coverage was to begin 9/30/24. My bank account was billed immediately and has continued monthly. I never received ANY email confirmation, documentation or cards but I have paid 3 payments. I tried calling the customer ********************** number and all calls roll to voicemail but the call is never returned. I need to get the auto debit stopped but have not been able to reach them. I would really like a full refund since I have not been able to use the insurance for lack of communication on their part. As caregiver, I also signed my father up and the same complaint applies for him. We have nothing from this provider except for the auto debits. I am reluctant to give a 1 star review for no service, they deserve a black star or large red X but definitely nothing gold.

      This is a complete scam. They said that my medication would all be capped at $20. They lied. They said that my medication would all be capped at $20. Like many I have fallen prey to another piece of s*** which calls itself Insurance. God bless Americas medical system ha ha. I should have googled them.

      I am self employed so I had to purchase commercial. The Sales *** did their job, essentially making me think it was a good health plan for my basic preventative needs. Come to find out, after paying a lot on premiums, they covered NOTHING as I still had to pay out of pocket for ****** and am now stuck with high medical bills, on the back end.

      If I could leave zero starts I would. This was the worst insurance I’ve ever had in my life. Expensive for hardly any coverage. The customer service is beyond terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this insurance to my worst enemy. The customer service is ridiculous to get intouch with. And when you do reach them they have the worst attitude. Don’t waste your time with this garbage company.

      SCAM! They pretended to be the NYS of Health and made a website ad to capture people looking for NYS Health insurance on the marketplace. If they are selling a legitimate product, why did they tell me I was buying a Health Insurance PPO and get into so much detail impersonating the experience of signing up for a healthcare plan? I wish it was legit. The price was too good to be true, and I shouldve googled if and seen all the scam reports before I gave my credit card info. They had more than 20 callers try to call and sell to me a plan after I already stupidly was scammed by the 1st call. It seemed so realistic, Im so embarrassed I fell for this. If they have something to sell, they should sell it HONESTLY and let people decide if they are interested. This was 1000 percent misrepresented at every turn to make me believe I was buying health insurance for me and my family. Shame on them. I hope the ftc follows up - I formalized my complaint and hope no one else needs to go thru this.

      This is a complete scam. Was told hospital visits had 8000 dollar maximum out of pocket. In reality, the fine print says that emergency room visits are not covered at all by the plan. This company should be sued and should not be allowed to operate.

      I signed up months ago thinking it was a decent policy. Realized it didn't cover what I needed. I called to cancel and they are refusing to do so. Please help me.
