Emerald Financial Services recieved my monetary tax payment after the H & R Block tax preparer bumbled and added a completely wrong direct deposit account number and address which both were in linbo 50+ days while this Financial Service remained silent about receiving my tax return. No contact was attempted. I phoned their customer service in Oklahoma or Utah 13+ times only to be put on hold for immensely long periods and each representative refuses to connect you with a supervisor and/ or tell you exactly where your money is. The next complaint is their inability to simply email a Client Check Replacement Request. After being told by the tax preparer and his supervisor for nearly a month that the document that was necessary to complete and send was a Refund Transfer Direct Deposit Change Form that was refused by Emerald 3 times with insufficient broken English explanations. I again told the tax preparer that I was referred back to their office to physically procure a Client Check Replacement Request. The tax preparer was no help at all. I contacted his Regional Manager about the issue, it took another week of stern calls and emails to get her to finally email the correct form. She provided no words or directions, just the form. Neither of them attempted to forward the form to Emerald Financial so back to the tax preparer I went to ensure that the form was indeed faxed since I received no notifications that Emerald r recieved anything. I called Emerald for the email myself and still haven't recieved my tax return as of yet more than days later. They're not apologetic either, each customer representative with Emerald just wants you to hang up or they place you on hold and then disconnect the call. Their customer service is infuriating. When I am done withe this debacle I will never use H&R Block again or this trifling subsidiary who employs the most incompetent individuals on the planet that are present just to collect an easy check. Purge this entire department.
