            I purchase a car in the name of my company with company credit ONLY. I verified the loan product and even verified and stressed the fact that my personal credit would not be impacted at all in this purchase. (see attachments referencing ************** Product description forwarded to the dealership ahead of purchase. After purchase of the vehicle (12/9/21) the loan showed up on my personal credit report. I unfortunately was diagnosed with a serious cancer on 12/15/21 and was immediately in multiple surgeries to address my illness and was recovering for months which prevented me from immediately addressing this issue. When I did get back to this issue the delaership agreed that it shouldn't be on my credit report (see attachment with admission from *******************) and offered to sell me another car as a solution which was entirely unacceptable since I would be paying tax a second time and they would be profitting again just to get my credit report corrected. I spoke to my *******************, New Car Sales Manager as well as the ***********************, General Manager. They were both slow to respond and one they did they failed to provide a solution acting as though they could not do anything about the bank. THe contract shows that only the purchaser line on the contract is signed. On behalf of Shine On me Production. I as an individual did not sign the contract anywhere. I am currently under contract to purchase a home and this is effecting my ability to qualify for a loan as it impacts my debt to income ratio even though this is not my personal debt. I need this fixed immediately in that the loan should be removed from my credit report as soon as possible. This is a terrible practice and both ALLY Bank and Jim Coleman Toyota are at fault from my perspective.

            Let me start by saying I could not have possibly had a better experience than I had with Jim Coleman Toyota. Trying to purchase a vehicle in the current times can be quite overwhelming. The experience was just that with multiple dealerships until I was fortunate enough to get in contact with Jim Coleman Toyota. We were looking to purchase a 2022 Toyota Tacoma Sport and having a very hard time finding one for a reasonable price. Upon speaking to Chioma we found out they had just what we were looking for. We were ready to buy right away so she went to work for us. She called us back and offered us a fair price for the vehicle and we agreed to come and buy it the next day. We were working with her in the afternoon and the dealership was a 3 ½ hour drive from our home. Everything was finalized on the figures right away, so we were able to get to our bank just in time to get a cashier’s check issued for the exact amount of the purchase. We arrived at the dealership before our scheduled 9:00 AM and were greeted by Norma who recommended a local establishment for us to enjoy breakfast. Now for Amar, he treated us first class throughout the entire process that morning. He is a great asset to your company. He had everything ready to go and made our process as quick as possible so we could get back on the road. To find a person with is integrity is rare these days. He told us that someone had tried to offer him more for the truck, but he turned down the offer and told them it was already sold. Thank you so much Amar. The young lady Yanci is the finance office was great at her position and covered everything very well with us. She like Amar realized we had a long drive back home and worked to get everything taken care of as quickly as she could. We also had the pleasure of speaking with Arslan for a few minutes and he was very nice to speak with. Our overall experience on a scale of 1-10 was 100. We really appreciate everyone that was a part of our purchase. The truck is exactly what we were looking for and we have enjoyed it so much already.
