My husband and I visited the dealership to refinance, trade in, or return our leased car. ********, our salesperson, went above and beyond to assist us in securing a new car and addressing credit issues. One of the managers made a deal with the bank to get us approved, and he did an amazing job getting us a new car. However, the following day, the General Manager called and said I needed to redo my contract. I was rushed to come in person to sign paperwork that was not properly scheduled, which disrupted my plans for the day. When I arrived, I encountered what I believe to be discriminatory behavior from the General Manager. During my visit, I was treated with a lack of respect and professionalism that I have not experienced at other dealerships. The GM's behavior made me feel singled out, he told me I was lucky because despite of the amount balance I owed on our prior leased car, it was surprising that I still got approved by the bank. This is what I believe was due to judgements or discrimination. This mistreatment is unacceptable and has caused me significant distress. He demanded that I pay my balance on the spot, which I was unprepared for, stating it was necessary to lower my monthly payment. I was caught off guard and had no money to pay at that time. I was even willing to just return the car and pay the amount due balance we have. But I was able to resolve this issue ON MY OWN and with the help of my friend. I expect this dealership to provide all customers with equal and respectful service, regardless of their background. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and address the issue with that dealership to prevent future occurrences.

I walk into this dealership with my own finance means. I went their option and it was bad. Night mare bad. I had to visit the deanship on numerous occasion as they did not have their business in order for customers to have a smooth and seamless transition. I had to return my car after the finance manager threatened to send a tow truck to come pick up a car as they misplaced the paperwork. In his demand for me the come into the dealership to resign such paperwork and refusing to answer my questions he became frustrated, stated my credit would be affected and they will send a tow truck to come get the car. Well, the car was returned the following day and complain filed. Why threaten the costumer for the incompetence of the finance office. This action was followed by them running my credit report more than once, which I also had to revisit the dealership for which the explanation was hey they did not run in as as much for you as we do others with bad credit. The practice of this dealership is to get the merchandise out the dealership without continual quality service. One Star is too generous.

This dealership does not follow DMV/state guidelines and WILLFULLY advises customers to disregard them as well. As a VIRGINIA resident, car purchases require the cars are registered within 30 days. This is VA law. And I made this clear to them the day of purchase. My car was purchased on February 13, 2023, today is April 7, 2023, and NO REGISTATION/TAGS have been received (process probably not even initiated). Two different representatives told me "not to worry because Maryland temporary tags are good for 60 days". This is not acceptable and it is illegal to even knowingly try to use this loophole. This dealership does not follow through on basic transactions. They were given an amount higher than the total due, but since the dealership was in "closing hours", we were told we would get a check mailed to us. Here we are almost 2 months later and no check received. My credit union, which is whom I obtained financing from, has sent me letters that I am failing to comply with my Note and Security agreement, as they have yet to received any title or lien. They are fully aware. They have been given many opportunities. They simply do not care, or have incompetent staff, or both. TWO MONTHS, and over 30 calls and emails trying to get this resolved, and NOTHING HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED. Does ANYONE there have the skills it takes to manage that dealership, or department for that matter? UNACCEPTABLE.
