    They **** you saying dont chrck the credit. But they still run the credit and dont approve you. And when they approved me they sayong rate of intrest is high.

    ****** *. I ordered a chest dresser, when the guys dropped it off they did not take the furniture out the box. Just dropped it off and asked me to sign. I did, and when it was opened, the bottom was broken. I called and emailed the company to inform them of the issue. I had to pay $99.99 for redelivery of another chest in order for them to give me another one. This time I looked at the bottom, which was fine. When I went to take it out the box, the guy said everything if ok, sign here. I said I don't want to leave it in the box, I want it out. He said ok, sign here. Again, I signed and as he was going out the door, I took the chest out the box and turned it around wondering why he was trying to push it back in the box, and I saw why. The back of the chest was broken, he had just got in the truck. I ran out to tell him to take it back with him. He ignored me and pulled off. I called him and he said stop calling my phone, call the company back. The company refused to send me another chest and refused to refund my money back after sending TWO broken chest. This is a terrible company, the furniture is not good if ALL of their furniture is broken, and this is BAD business!!

    The customer had recieved a delivery for a replacement chest and was advised to make sure they open and inspect the replacement items prior to signing for the delivery. The customer did sign for the delivery of the replacement item stating they opened and inspected all the merchandise and did recieve all items in full and in good condition. We have done our due diligence and tried to resolve this issue amicably and the customer is not satisfied with our help in this matter

    Sold me (2) twin mattresses that were not even in stock at their warehouse. Refused to offer a refund for the inconvenience, only store credit. They have my month and I have NOTHING.

    The customer service sales rep made my purchase smooth and easy. Talk to jalin she is amazing and will help you and get you right on track in a hurry. I love speaking with her and i appreciate good service!! I will be back now I’m waiting on my delivery!!

    On the date of 03/15/22, I LaTonya M. T***** were approved for a bed through ****.
    My delivery date was set for 04/15/22. I set the delivery for that date because that was my initial move in date, which was a month later. On 04/13/22, I received a phone call from my leasing office saying they had to change my move in date from 04/15/22 to 04/18/22 due to technical issues. As soon as I got that information, I contacted Stacy. I am assuming at your customer service office on 04/13/22 to inform her of the changes. I specifically told her that my address and move in date has changed. I spoke with Stacy explaining to her the situation. We were on this call for approximately 20 minutes, setting up my new delivery date, which was now 04/21/22. And she told me that was their next available delivery date, which was fine. I agreed to the delivery date, and we were all set. Unfortunately, on 04/21/22, I did not receive my bed, nor did I get a call explaining why. Now I am trying to think positive here. I say well just maybe customer service will call and give me an explanation as to why I did not receive my bed. And maybe It will be delivered on tomorrow/ the next day. So being patient, trying to look at the brighter side of a company who I am sure want to hold their customer service at a high standard, will in no way not deliver the merchandise they promised to a customer. Well, I was very wrong. After waiting very patiently, another week has gone by, and I have not received my bed. Nor had I received a phone call explaining why this is happening and why it has happened. So, I call the store to find out what happened and why I have not received my delivery. On this call I spoke with a gentlemen, and explained to him the situation, who then said I am not sure what happened with your delivery/bed, and why you have not received it yet. But let me look into it and call you back. Of course, I never receive a call from him. I later found out that the gentlemen I spoke with is the

    Thank you for reaching out to our office.

    After speaking with the customer in regards to this situation, upon delivery the customer had a $397 CASH ON DELIVERY CHARGE, Due to this inconvenience we reduced the customers C.O.D by $197 to lower it to an even $200 on the day of delivery (5/13/2022).
