    Horrible Service. I had my windshield replaced by Safelite three times in about a week and a half. First mobile windshield technician broke all the A-****** molding clips, which technically would be ok because on an Explorer they get replaced. Not me... Tech used windshield adhesive to hold them back in place. When he cut my windshield out, he cut the wires to my mirror/radar/dashcam, and never told me he did it. He dropped body clips into engine bay and replaced lower windshield molding without securing it. (lost clips) and never secured my mirror to windshield..So I called back, and Safelite sent another mobile tech couple days later. This tech is the one that showed me my cut wires, glued trim, and missing adhesive around window and said he has to cut it out and redo or I'll have leaks. I said ok. Tech said they will fix my cut wires, and his supervisor is working on it.I thought everything was good until the next day. It rained and my entire dash was covered in water when I went to leave work. I didn't want to start the vehicle due the amount of water covering dash, and on floor. But I live hour and half away and had no choice, So I risked it. I called and the soonest appointment was over a week away.., I had to call out of work because I had no car because it rained that week.I Finally take my car into their shop thinking i'll get better service. Again, another vacation day. They take my car back, and I gave them my cell # because i was going to visit nearby shops. Asked to call when done/questions. They took my # and I left. Three hours later I see my vehicle back outside. **** had no ideal why it was in there... OMG.. really. They told me they inspected my windshield and saw nothing wrong. If i'm still having problems to schedule another appointment. Since I only have 160 chars left, i'll move faster.They found leak up top and pulled my windshield again. trash left everywhere, loose mirror, and still nothing on the damaged wires. Missing clips still.

    I had a scheduled repair and they came out only to find that the latch on my van would not close due to the incorrect installment of the back windshield. I had to have it corrected by someone else and was asking for a refund due to the issue. Ive contacted the company multiple times and told that I would be contacted back but never have. I also filed a complaint. Never heard back from them either. I was asking for a refund due to me having to get it redone by someone else, they did not clean up the glass and left shards all over the vehicle. You may contact me and leave a message
