    Hi, I purchased my order (ORDER #*******) on 5/30/24 for 16 bracelets. When I received them I saw that they were selling the same bracelets for less and saw the quality of this color combo and bracelet type weren't as described/advertised. When I asked for a price adjustment, they told me that they don't offer that. I asked to return them, again, they stated they dont offer that as well. I do not like them enough to keep them or to give as gifts. They again emailed me to let me know they dont offer that as well. Their policy is making customers 100% happy, but I am not happy at all. Please help me get approval to return them. Thank You.

    Hi, I do not think they are made with the quality of asking for $20+.  I have bought many of these before and they are worth $5. I would just like to return the lot.

    Sashka offers free returns and says they send a prepaid shipping label. I contacted them last Thursday for a return. They have yet to supply the prepaid label. Ive done this before and it never takes this long. After numerous attempts Im getting no response. I just want to return a bracelet because it was a duplicate. I find they rename them so you dont know if you already have the bracelet by the name. *** bought 300 or so bracelets from them and never had this problem before.

    I ordered the monthly bracelet (order # *******) last week, canceled the order directly after as I wasn’t sure about the company. My cc card was charged right away, no cancelation given or responded to, and now each time to try to check the order on the website, the website can’t be found. My intuition was loud and correct about this shady company. I’ve already notified my bank that any additional charges are NOT authorized, but we shall see if they continue to charge me. I am also curious if I’ll even receive the 3 bracelets that I was charged for as I can’t even check the status of the order. HIGHLY suspect.

    Placed my order last month may 31st. Got suckered into paying for shipping protection, they stated my order would be received within two to three business days. I emailed them to let them know that my item has not moved from *********************** in the past 7 days! I believe it's lost. They keep telling me to wait another 72 hours well I'll be leaving out of town. Those were graduation gifts for my granddaughter's this is getting ridiculous I've emailed them several times to ask him to send an overnight replacement or give me my money back. They won't do either. they only keep saying wait another 72 hours ridiculous! I will be getting in touch with my bank!

    I had place and order since November 24, 2022 for $124 for bracelets. I was tracking my order because it was a Christmas gift that I was waiting on. I was leaving out of the country and I was planning on taking them as Christmas gifts, I reached out to the company via email and they told me my package was still on transit to please wait 72 hours more but it was never deliver. Then I contacted them via email and they offer me a $500 off a purchase, so now I would have to buy more than $500 so that I could get this discount. I did not accept it and ask for my refund I never got an email back from them but a whole bunch of promotions, I had to call my bank to ask if the refund was done which it was. That is bad customer service. I will never buy anything else from this company.

    Date of transaction October 24th - Order # ending **** Sashka Co. I ordered 1 pink vibes charm bracelet; 1 plum swirl bracelet and I also wanted an iridescent bracelet. It was never my intention to order 2 pink bracelets at the same time even though their order form indicates as such. I believe this was an error in packaging on their part. I only paid $6.25 but they also include a ridiculous price of $7.99 for shipping in what they call 2-3 days. My order never, ever arrives in 2-3 days, it takes at least a week, and the shipping is way too expensive. I have asked for a replacement, but I haven't heard anything from the company. At this point I've purchased way too many bracelets for them to not replace this bracelet and send me a return label or let me keep the wrong bracelet. I don't think it's fair for me to have to pay to send it back on top of having to pay for the original bracelet I wanted. All of these bracelets are limited editions and the one I wanted is now gone. I'm considering pulling out of my ambassadorship because of this and the cost of shipping. What are you going to do Sashka Co.?

    I had ordered some bracelets from this company several times. I really enjoy the quality of their bracelets and have been pleased in the past. With the last order somehow I was signed up for the monthly bracelet subscription service and this was not clear to me. Regardless on their website it says that you can cancel at any time by going into your account and selecting management and then canceling the service. This is not found anywhere in my account. There is very limited information under my account. I have sent them multiple contact messages and have called (finally found a number on BBB) and left voicemails and have not heard back. I need this canceled immediately. Can you help? Thank you

    7/16/22 $26.98 for 3 bracelets. Had a promo code for 70% off. Bought matching bracelets for my granddaughter and I and a turtle charm bracelet. I never received an email or nothing from this company about when I can expect them in the mail. I have no order number....charged 7.99 for 2to 3 day shipping . Its been a week I have nothing and don't know how to track the package with no order number.. I just want my bracelets I paid for. I attached a picture from my checking account showing its been payed.

    Shaska Braclets - order #XXXXXXX. Ordered 6 bracelets bracelets via a promotion link I was sent - company name: Sashka Co **** ********* Rd Catonsville, MD XXXXX I was given a promo code for getting 4 bracelets free with purchase of 2. I used the promo code sent me and they only gave me 5 of the 6 with my confirmed order and charged me the full price! I would like to get the promo price of 4 free after purchasing 2 which would be $50 plus tax. I have tried to contact them and am not able to contact them via phone.

    I have bought many bracelets through Shaska. All of a sudden they told me I had signed up for recurring order of $26.50 and would receive bracelets each month. I didn't initiate this. They kept taking money out of my checking account until I changed my debit card. I never received any merchandise because of this order. I am now getting emails from them still trying to collect and they say they are sending it to a collection angency.
