    I Went to purchase a 2023 Tuscon limited, dark grey/black car from Antwerpen Hyundai on Route 40, Catonsville, with a price they had advertised on the internet. They ran my credit because they wanted me to finance with them, but could not beat me percentage because I wanted my son on the car loan. They took our SSN, and all required information, I signed a piece of paper with the quote to agree to the price. As I was about to go to financing, the Used car manager said he got a call to say they cannot honor the deal because it was too much of a discount. They don't know who changed the price on line but it was incorrect and they cannot honor the price. I told them, I understand that but the price was advertised and they need to honor it but they didn't. So instead of $32,500 out the door, they want me to buy a new Tuscon 2024 for $41,000.

    The worse experience in my life! My son's 2009 Santa Fe was towed to Antwerpen Hyundai Catonsville due to an attempted theft on 12 Jun 23. It took 1 week and multiple calls (several of which went unanswered) for the vehicle to be assessed for damage repair. My service adviser, Patrick, made no attempt to contact me with any updates - all updates were obtained only when I called and was able to get in contact with someone. After 2 weeks and excessive out of pocket spending for a rental car, I requested to have a loaner vehicle which I was granted for 2 days and told that my vehicle would be ready at that time. Needless to say, this was not the case, however, I did return the loaner because I was told that I would be charged if I didn't return it by 2:00 pm. After returning from a week out of town, my vehicle was still not ready. Each time that I called, I was told that something "new" was discovered that prevented the vehicle from being repaired. Again, I only learned information when I called - Patrick did not reach out to me. I eventually received a call on 01 July from Rick, Service Manager, informing me that he was left a message to give me call and let me know that my vehicle should be ready within a few days and that they would "see" if they would have another "loaner" car from me either the Monday or Wednesday after the 4th of July. He stated that he would call me back on Monday, 03 July. Again, no call was received. After getting feed up, I reached out to another location of Hyundai and miraculously, I received a call from Rick telling me that he would look into the matter since he didn't have first hand knowledge and Patrick would not be back until 05 July. Rick further stated that he did not have a loaner, however, after hearing someone in the background speaking with him, he said he had a vehicle. Today, we went to pick-up our vehicle and was hit with rental fees totally $400 and a vehicle that was still not fully repaired. Lots of excuses were made.
