    Although very helpful in finding the car we wanted, the final steps of signing the financial documents started with a vague presentation of additional insurances offered by Antwerpen. I say vague because they were not presented as optional and an inexperienced buyer could easily not seen them as optional and assumed they were mandatory. It felt deceptive.
