    This company is trying to bill me for a data service of 2020 they did not file with the insurance or Worker’s Comp. in a timely manner and now they’re expecting me to pay the full price and to call my insurance and Worker’s Comp. and have them reopen the case which I’ve done both and neither one of them will do that because of the timeframe. When I call you and I back to tell them that they will not open the case they continue to tell me that they’re gonna look into it and call me back and I never hear from them all they tell me is that I need to pay this bill .

    Billing was reviewed.  The claim was entered for DOS 01/07/2020 and sent out as a paper claim within timely filing limits in April 2020 and September 2020 to the employer,  Department of Labor. After phone calls to the Department of Labor, the bill was sent by fax again in February of 2021 directly to the Department of Labor.  Follow up continued, with out payment until September 2023 when the Department of Labor acknowledged they had received the claim in 2022 and denied it as this claim was closed.  The Department of Labor advised to reach out to the patient for further information.  At that point the bill transferred to patient responsibility.  As a courtesy, and as a good faith effort we will settle this bill with a 0 balance to the patient.
