I was offered a trial membership and entered the code that I was provided. Bally Sport proceeded to bill me. I have tried to communicate with them, but they loop the conversation do not assist. Additionally, their customer service number is disconnected.

-Date of transaction = 11/02/2023 for $107.99 -Service = Bally Sports+ Ohio, Fall Season Pass -open Customer Service ticket# ******** started 01/23/2024 I paid for the above-mentioned streaming service to watch *** team ********* ********** games. To date their service has not worked for me. The app is downloadable on Xbox and on iPhone and neither have worked for me. After multiple times throughout the season trying to troubleshoot the problem on my own, I got fed up and used their Text service to get the issue resolved. The service rep had me go through multiple troubleshooting tricks and to no avail. I said that I want my money back then since their service does not work and I have not been able to watch a single game all season. I have talked to 3 different service reps and they all say they cannot refund me my money due to their no refund policy. I don't care if there is a no refund policy, I paid for a service and that service has not been provided to me. I want my money back!

I signed up for a free trial of Bally Sports+ on November 1st, 2023. My free trial was to end on November 9, 2023. After that time I was logged out of the app on my television and had trouble logging in. I came to the conclusion it was because my free trial had ended. In reviewing my credit card statements on January 16, 2024, I discovered I have been charged $19.99 on November 16th, 2023; December 16, 2023; and January 16th, 2024. I immediately cancelled my subscription and then contacted customer service in the evening of January 16th to ask for a refund. I was told by the customer service representative to read their policy that they do not issue refunds. I am confident that if they are capable of viewing my account usage, they would see that I was not using let alone logged into my account during the timeframe I was being charged. I believe their free trial and logging me out of my account on my TV app was misleading and in bad faith. I would like a full refund of the three months of un-used service I was unknowingly charged. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service to make things right.

I purchased a one-year subscription to BallySports-WI for $189.00. It will expire Aug. 2024. I have been unable to log on since Nov.26, 2023. I think I have narrowed down the problem to my zip code listed on my user profile. It is listed as 00000. There is no such zip code. I have called customer service multiple times to get the problem resolved. I have been told to change it on line, but the website cannot be used to change it online unless I do NOT have a subscription. If a customer DOES have a present subscription, she is instructed to call customer service to have it changed. None could help. They said they had the correct zip code on their records. I have been unable to log in to the app since November. They will not let me quit and get a refund for the remaining contract. They seem to have no one available to fix it on their end. I would like to quit the service and get a refund, or get my profile corrected so I can use the app.

I contacted Bally Sports once more. I get the impression they are running on a reduced staff who are unable to repair computer problems. The only thing I can do is accept that I can no longer use my app, and swallow my financial loss. Thank you for your efforts. ***** *****

I signed up for Bally sports west app to watch the ** ****** They charge $20 a month, which is outrageous to begin with. When I watch a replay, because I have a life and cannot watch it live all the time, they show the final score on the timeline when you pause or fast forward. I brought this to their attention and complained via email and support MULTIPLE times. The last time I asked for a refund and they said no. I am not getting what I paid for, why would anyone want to see the final score of a game they intend to watch?! I have attached a photo for proof. I want a credit for the past 2 months and a credit for every month this is not fixed.

I was a subcriber to Bally Sports Ohio. Because things have been tight financially, I decided to cancel my month to month subscription on Friday, December 1, 2023. The following morning I checked my email and to my horror, I had not cancelled but accidentally signed up for a $189.99 package. I immediately logged in to my account and actually cancelled it this time. I received an email verifying cancelation. I then called Bally Sports and explained. A representative assured me the account was cancelled and the pending charge in my bank account would "drop off" before it was processed. This morning, December 5, 2023, I logged into my bank acct and noticed the charge was now "processed" and had not fallen off as I was assured it would. So to summarize, Bally Sports charged me $189.99 for literally 8 hours of service and despite my complaint with their customer service and assurance from them that they wouldn't.

Every time I watch an LA Clippers game on Bally Sports, there is an issue. It usually takes 2-3 game restarts with slow fast forwarding each time (or rewinding & inadvertently seeing the score because the restart jumped to the end of the game). And a few times, such as last night's game against the Pacers, it ended with 3+ minutes still left in 4th quarter! It is so embarrassing when I have friends over and we have to go through this. One time last month, we had 3 couples over to watch (I think it was against Lakers) and it didn't stream at all. When I called customer service the next morning, they said, "Oh yeah, the service was down, we've been getting complaints all morning. I've been giving out credits to people who pay monthly but we cannot do anything for you since you're on an annual plan." What??

. I signed up for a new Bally sports plus account tonight so that I could watch the game on my main TV for a party il hosting. Placed order on my iPhone. When I try and login to the Bally App on my ****, I get an error that says my login doesn't work. I confirmed 10 times that it is the exact same email and password as I used on my the Bally app on my iPhone. I dealt with 5 different reps, did 2 plus hours of tech support, and couldn’t get the service to work. Their reps have told me many times they have a “no refund” policy however I am not getting the service I'm paying for, and need a refund. The total cost is only 89.99, but at this point it’s the principle.

On October 4, 2023, I renewed my Bally Sports subscription. The intent of the subscription is to stream my local sports teams, specifically the Dallas Stars. Over the course of the past 2 months, the application and service has been atrocious. The abysmal performance has even been acknowledged by the company on November 4th via email. It is now December 15, 2023, and problems still exist. I have had to contact support on multiple occasions. One occasion I secured 7 days added to my membership due to the problem. As I type this complaint, the Bally application is once again not functional. I am not contacting support this time, because it has not solved the problem. I am not necessarily regretting my purchase. I want access to the Stars game. My frustration is centered around the fact that ********/Bally have not provided the service to which they advertised. It’s public knowledge they are experiencing financial struggles, and likely due to the struggles are holding customers money hostage. The company has acknowledged problems in a public email. I have documented the problem in each support contact. The intent of the product is for me to stream local sports. I am currently unable to do so. I have done the trouble shooting as requested and it still does not work. I demand at least a 75% refund for the product, but still maintaining access. Bally also needs to be up front of their technical struggles and provide a warning when purchasing that they currently can not provide the service to a preferred level.

I signed up and was charged 19.99 and could not login. I contacted the business the day of transaction and they told me they could not locate my account and did not see anything under my email address I provided . So I tried enter my info again and was charged again. I called and explained I was still double charged and the person on the phone told me I only had one account one charge. The business told me to contact my bank institution which I did. They clearly saw the double charge and offered me a 19.99 credit. I received a letter saying the charge is accurate. So I Contacted bally sports again and this time they looked me up using my debit card and we’re able to find I was in fact charged twice once because of a typo in the email instead of saying *****.com it said *****.con which is not a real domain nor a real email address. So I was being charged twice for a typo in the email that they failed to realize the first time I called them on 11/21 or 11/22. I never even used the service they provided it’s some of the worst customer service you can get and it’s definitely not worth the money. Basically I’m being charged 19.99 and not being refunded due to a typo being a fake domain and fake email address that is not real thus not being able to sign in or verify such email. It’s bogus and a rip off. All I want is my money back it’s not that difficult the fact I even have to go this far is ridiculous. They should have to verify the email address before proceeding with any charges directly after entering my information and pressing sign up. This would be regarding Bally sports of Ohio or the Cleveland region.
