I was involved in a car accident on July 25, 2023. Per my insurance request, i googled to find an auto collision close that accept my insurance. That's how i found this business and the review were good. So i had my car dropped off at the address listed online as of July on 9225 McGraw rd, Columbia, MD. 3 weeks when my rental expired, i tried to figure out what was going on with my car. I drove to the above address in Aug. My car wasn't there and when i asked the other business there, i was told that the collision business was closed and it's been 3 years. That Eddie would've (mislead) people that he still has an operating business and have us drop our cars in that lots while he is negotiating around to get a shop thay would allow him to work on the car. He even apparently got in trouble with the county who had to tow a few cars off that property. So the lady told me to call the county and see if they had my car. But since july Eddie kept telling me and the adjuster that he was working on the car and the car would be done by the weekend. And this went on and on for 2.5 months. Never at any point say he didn't have a shop to allow us to take the car to another shop. But he kept deceiving us and buying time until he can find a place to work by saying he is working on the car. Coming up with lies like he is done and would deliver the car. He said he was gonna pay for the rental after while he finish the work. He called the insurance to have them leave me with the car. But i kept being charged for the rental. Then he said i don't have to pay the deductible, to use it for the rental. But the rental went over my deductible then i had to return. Thus, i lost my part time job.l because i couldn't get there. Then he had 3 others addresses: sykesville the 2 in Columbia(Mcgraw rd and recently about 3 weeks red branch rd). When the insurance got involve they found my car in Laurel which he claims he is still working on it. 2.5 months of deception and he was paid by insurance
