    100% worst customer service I've ever had. First every call I got was from a number that was Not Tristate. Some were from ***** ***** others from random number NOT Tristate. SHADY!!! When I called in originally with questions my adjuster NEVER CALLED BACK. NEVER! I called 3 times in a week. Never returned my call. When I called in the day I was told it was ready I was Constantly talked over when I was trying to get information. I was given a date of May 5th as the completion date. Then on May 2nd, the day I am flying out of town and don't have time to come in and drop off my rental as well as pick up my car, I'm told it's ready come get it. I call in and ask why I wasn't told it would be ready sooner, my adjuster says "I can't predict the future" But then he agrees he knows how far along in the process my car is but can't predict if there are last minute issues. Here's and idea, how about saying "Here's a heads up that baring any last minute issues it will be ready May 2nd and we will call you that day to confirm" They deserve way less than 3.5 stars. I don't care what the work May look like, the human beings that are on the other end of the phone are awful people who didn't treat me like a human but like an inconvenience. Someone to be gotten rid of
