    I returned two dresses (total $230) by mail using the label they provided. It's been over a month and made multiple calls and emails to them - and the only response is for me to keep waiting but it's been over a month. The order number was XXXXXXXXX Any assistance would be great

    I ordered a tee shirt from this company back in August. The shirt was never delivered. The tracking info said that it was, but it wasn't. I contacted the company the same day to let them know that the package was not delivered at my house. They responded and suggested I check with my post office. They did not have it. So, I contacted the company again. No one ever responded, and I am out $30.

    June 22, 2022 I returned a $130.00 dress (not including shipping/handing or sales tax) with all tags attached using the pre-address paid label three weeks ago and have not received my full refund. I contacted their customer service via email and phone call and did not hear from them. I attempted to handle it this way before contacting BBB. however, your business has far greater success getting a response than I have every had in these cases. Thank you Sincerely ******* ************
