      I understand now why the service is so terrible. Not BBB Accredited!!! No accountability not consistent, don’t answer calls, they send multiple workers but not regular so you keep getting first time workers that don’t return. Then you get none or ridiculous hours. I have one home health aide that is good but they overwork her. When she can’t work I get no one. Please please don’t sign up with this company you will be sorry. My husband has suffered tremendously as a result of!! Ask me Ill tell you why

      This company has been ********* me for almost a year now with nonstop phone calls, emails, and texts. Every time they call or email, I block the contact, only to be contacted from a different email or phone number the next time. I have let them know on many occasions that I am not interested in working for a staffing agency and have asked to be removed from their contact list. I do not want to be contacted by these people, yet they persist.

      Idk how they have been in business this long. Denver. They take on clients that they have no coverage for. Uncaring mngmt, clients are just a money sign. Everywhere always keeps the crappy cnas and gets rid of the good ones. Does not properly train, then threatens to take you off schedule if you don't shape up. Please TAKE ME OFF. Gives clients 30 day notice to terminate contract when it takes 90 days to find other homecare providers, because Maxim cannot accommodate their staffing needs. :(

      I was referred to Maxim healthcare by my insurance company. I was supposed to receive in home support 40 hours a week. They totally ignored me. They abandoned me. I called several times they never responded to my calls. It seems to be a front for something else but they sure don't provide home health care.

      Complicated family dynamics. Caregived my elderly father for 27 years until my son was diagnosed with ****** and I couldn't anymore. Went through Maxim, hired an income caregiver. Wanted three days a week, she was only available on the days we didn't need. My Dad wanted her so here she is. From the get go she didn't follow his care plan. Didn't cook, clean, play his card games, etc. Wouldn't drive him to his doctors appointments. So now, over a a year in, he's having my daughter scrub his moldy bathtub because his caregiver doesn't do bathtubs. I've showed up at his house the day after his caregiver visited and he's had no food in his house although his care plan lists grocery shopping and meal prep and cleaning in his care plan. I asked my father what she does and his response was "mostly she sits at my table and puts my puzzle together for me." I've fired this caregiver three times only for my elderly father to rehire her and place his demands squarely upon my and my family's shoulders. The entire reason I involved a company for his needs is because WE ARE BURNED OUT. So why when we visit are we EXPECTED TO PICK UP HIS CAREGIVERS SLACK????? Families need help but this company has done nothing to ensure his care plan is followed. I want my father's care plan followed to a T. NO EXCEPTIONS OR VARIATIONS. WHEN FAMILY VISITS WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO RELAX AND Visit NOT BE EXPECTED TO DO THE THINGS HIS Caregiver IS PAID TO DO. I have dozens of emails asking Maxim to intervene. To NO AVAIL.

      Las Vegas location. Steer clear if you have a choice. From staff to individual care givers, this company is unreliable and unprofessional. Disappointing care givers that call off at the last moment leaving clients scrambling to fill the gap. Care givers not trained in basic skills as care providers, like using a hoyer lift. Care givers that take items such as boxes of wipes and other supplies from the client’s home. Management that is unable to adequately fill the times they commit to providing care. The company will call at 2 pm saying they have coverage for the afternoon and then call back at 2:30 saying they don’t. Bottomline, I would choose a different company and avoid this one if you are able.
