            I've asked HyperKidz repeatedly to remove me from all phone calls, emails, and texts in multiple occasions. They have failed to do in 4 years!!! I just spoke to an employee last month on the phone again requesting once again to be removed from all list and to cease contact, because at this point it feels like harassment since they don't respect any of my requests to be removed from all lists . HyperKidz assured me I would no longer receive any communication from them. I just received another text message from them this morning. Nothing I say or do will prevent this company from continuing to contact me.

            I held my son’s birthday party at Hyperkidz Columbia as a loyal customer but due to lack of safety, I broke my hand in there. Both bones of my right arm suffered total fracture and underwent surgery. My nerves are permanently damaged. And I lost employment. Hyperkidz started taking safety measures only after what happened to me. I did not ask them reimbursement for any damages, I only asked for help for my almost 15k medical bills. Not only they did not accept that, they falsely accused me of facing my back towards their slide when the incident happened whereas I was totally facing the slide waiting for my son. Absolutely zero respect for their customers and extremely unprofessional behavior and unbelievably rude. I would still like to take my son there because he loves Hyperkidz and they have made their facility safer, but I’m scared of being harassed and disrespected by the staff.
