  Best Choice Plumbers LLC uses Deceptive Business Practices and the person who answers the phone (Heidi) is very rude and is quick to deflect the blame onto customers when calling to complain about service received. I had one of Best Choice Plumbers come to my home to clear a clog in my basement and was charged 1300.00 for the service. However, when I called a few days later to inform the company that the clog was not repaired and asked if another technician could come out and take another look I was met with rudeness and was told that I didn't pay for the service that was offered. Not only did I pay 1300.00 there was a 98.00 dispatch service fee added as well. The Technician was more into upselling a 50-gallon water heater, 2-gallon thermal expansion tank, emergency valve, carbon monoxide detector, Howard County permit, 24" aluminum pan upgrade from 6 to 10-year warranty, pressure reducing valve and a sump pump at the price of $5,870.00. I informed the technician that I wanted to focus on the clogged pipe and that I wasn't going to replace any of those items at the time. The Technician was very condescending and informed me that he would have to work on the two pipes at $600.00 each because he didn't know which pipe was causing the clog. I assumed that with his many years of experience as a licensed plumber there would not have been a guessing game. Unfortunately, his method did not work, and caused more damaged to pipes. When I called to report the problem and asked for another Technician (Heidi) was very rude and unprofessional deflecting blame and accusing me of not paying for service. I explained to Heidi that I didn't ask for her technician to come out and give me a quote on the items he listed on the invoice I asked for someone to clear a clogged pipe which I paid for but didn't get. I had to call in another reputable plumbing company to clear the clog because the technician from Best Choice Plumbers didn't clear the clog for 1300.00.

  Good afternoon, We cleared a mainline stoppage at your home. You called me several days later to report that a leak wasn't fixed. We weren't there for a leak, the complaint was drains backing up. We took care of that issue. You were quoted up front for the work, which you signed in agreement, and again after the work was satisfactorily completed. We appreciate your business and are sorry you feel this way.

  As I mentioned in my review, I called Best Choice Plumbers for a main line clogged. Your technician never cleared the main line. The technician supposedly cleared the Drain Stack cleanout and a pipe connected to the kitchen sink and washer and neither one of those pipes is the mainline. When I called you back you had no recollection of who I was after talking to me just a few days prior. I explained to you who I was and why I was calling and about the work that was to have been performed. It was your lack of recollection that indicated I was calling in reference to a leak when I specifically informed you that it was for a clogged pipe that was causing water to flow back into the basement through a drainpipe. Forgetting/misquoting is your way of deflecting blame. Your technician specifically told me that he didn't know what was causing the pipe to be clogged which is why he suggested the two options. The work was not "satisfactorily" completed as you've indicated in your response. You obviously appreciate the fact that you take advantage of your customers. I only wished I had read all of the negative **** reviews prior to calling your company to perform work in my home, I've unfortunately learned the hard way that all of the negative reviews for Best Choice Plumbers are true, I hope that my review will prevent at least one person from having to go through what I've had to deal with. And I hope that my review is a reminder to that one person looking to hire your company to perform work in their home to check the **** and ****** reviews specifically the dates. and that every Negative review from those customers about you and your company are true, because Best Choice Plumbers mission and vision are not those of a trustworthy company.
