On 11/1/21, I transacted $1350 with Carolyn at Wellness Weightloss Center after she solicited the sale of HCG by email and phone. The business committed to providing me with 3 bottles of HCG by 11/3/21. Prior to the transaction, I asked Carolyn to verify that the product was in stock, she said "yes" and it would be available for pickup by 11/3/21. She stated the FDA was pulling the product off the shelf on 11/4/21. I only wanted the products on the shelf at the time of purchase. Carolyn understood this and charged my credit card. I contacted her on 11/5 regarding pickup. She stated it was not in stock. That was a red flag to me because it was supposedly in stock when I purchased it. I was notified on 11/19/21 to pick up the order. I paid upfront for 3 bottles and that's what I was expecting to pick up. Only 1 of the 3 bottles was presented. The problem is the FDA took this item off the shelf on 11/4/21. Therefore, I don't trust the safety and efficacy of the product presented as they are not the bottles in stock on 11/1/21. I couldn't accept it. Safety is paramount. I have been communicating with Carolyn since 11/1/21. My last email was sent on 12/8/21. She did not respond. There has been no resolution in the matter. I have not received any product or services but the business still has my $1350. I will never conduct business with this company again. Poor business ethics, poor communication, deliberately fraudulently misrepresenting the situation to encourage a sale (lying that the product was in stock and available because she knew I would not purchase otherwise), and withholding my monies after not following through is why I would never recommend them to anyone, nor go there again myself. I do not trust this business at all anymore. I have been a customer off and on for 5 years. If they'll do this to me, it's all about the money and not building a loyal clientele. Business is based on transactions. If nothing is transacted a refund is warranted. Simple.
