    I took my cell phone to this company to have the screen repaired. I paid 220.00 for this repair. 3 weeks later, the screen completely detached from the phone and is hanging by a wire. I took the phone back after calling and the owner saying hed look at it. He took one look at the phone and said he was not responsible for repairing the phone. There are no scratches or cracks on the screen but he insisted I had to prove I did not drop the phone. Then he proceeded to say, I didn’t have a warranty. I expressed I was there 3 weeks prior and had this phone repaired only for the screen to completely lift from the phone its self. He refused to repair it and said he’d give me a discount to have him fix it again.

    Customer came our store with her son broken phone, internal broken and Ripped flex cable that not covered by warranty.then she and her son started misbehaving and yelling to me. But I offered her to pay only screen cost and I will fixed your phone free of labor cost but she refused to pay any penny and she Threading me that she working at better business bureau and if I will not fix her phone free she will cancel my business license. Then I called mall security but before security came they gone. Anyway I can send some pictures on our store warranty since and also Wholesalers warranty since if you want. Also I’m still willing to fix her phone if she willing to pay only screen cost..

    I am rejecting this response because: I paid 220.00 for my screen to be replaced  and yes, it was replaced but as you can see in the picture, the screen completely came apart from the phone. There is no valid excuse as to why I should need to pay a single dime for a malfunction that was cause by the business’s failure to repair the phone properly. The part replaced was provided by the business as well so why would I need a warranty on a part the business provided to fix the phone with. I want a full refund. I did advise the owner that I would be contacting BBB to inform them of his unethical business practices and that he should not have a business nor a business license if this is the kind of ********** business he will be doing.

    Hello, good morning. I’m very sorry for all inconvenience. I hope we can make this happen as you want but we have to follow the rules. Our store doesn’t have refunds policy but on your case it’s totally difficult because you already physically damage the screen. So I’m very sorry I can’t help you for refund. As I said before we can help you for not charging any labor costs if you are willing to pay screen cost only. Thanks again

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    when I bring a phone to be repaired and the screen completely falls off 2-3 weeks later with zero damage to the phone or screen, there’s an issue. No one ever advised that we would be needing any type of warranty on malfunctioning parts issued by the repairer. This is to no fault of our own and I will be escalating this issue through other channels as well. This is unethical, **********, and shameful. I refuse to pay anymore money for something that is the companies fault for not replacing the screen correctly.

Our Wholesale provider do not accept return any screen like this damaged so as we said we can’t fixed your screen free.and we provide you there return policy. Hope you consider it. Thanks

    I am rejecting this response because I refuse to pay more money than I’ve already paid. I paid for it to be fixed and you failed to do that. You have multiple bad reviews for similar issues. This is not just me this has happened to. I will continue to escalate this issue to the appropriate level.
